It seems that you run the game with Integrated Graphics. Try Right Click on 3DXChat.exe -> "Run with graphics processor"

Did you try to use this checkbox in the Settings menu (Simple Water) before you go to location with water? It's added in the 341 version.

Graphics quality drop down menu is used as preset for other options. When you change Graphics quality menu then other options set according chosen preset. Also you may fine tune each option separately. It this case graphics preset will be Custom.

Hi! Our game supports Oculus Rift DK 1 now. Supprot for Consumer Rift and DK 2 will be added in the future. Vive support is not planned yet, sorry.
