I am writing this forum post due to my husband being blocked on 3dxchat. His username is AlecDiaz. He's a very quiet person and doesn't post in local or world chat. He is a very kind, loyal and honest gentleman and keeps himself to himself. He is not trouble and tries to stay away from any conflicts within the game. When he was blocked, he was building in our room. As we have been doing our room up to celebrate 3 months of being married and our party is due on the 10th May 2024. We have just booked 3 djs, 4 dance teams and a solo dancer for our party, which we worry we may have to cancel. He does not use any mods or mention other games and he doesn't post links in chats either. We are both very upset and hurt by the situation as we can no longer be in the game together and don't think it's fair as this is one of our main ways to connect. He tried to make a second account AiecDiaz as he was told by customer service that he could not have his account back, but not the reason he was blocked... and that account was also blocked. I personally don't think it is fair to have paid for his membership twice, and to have paid for a second marriage and a divorce to have accounts ripped away from him. We have both filled in customer service forms and asked the reason, but only my husband recieved a reply, and the question has remained avoided and 'Eva' wouldn't give him a reason, but only told him he can't have his account back. I asked Gizmo, who told me that I'm speaking to the wrong person, and I contacted Lisa who has not been active for 4 days on Discord. You know, we just want to be able to enjoy the game, like all other members, but especially to just be able to spend time together. We aren't hurting anyone, nor do we wish to. We are not aware if it's someone reporting him to be spiteful and keep us apart, or if their is an issue with his IP address, but we don't actually understand or know what he has done wrong or what is going on. We would like his first account back and if it's true that this is impossible, at least for 3dxchat to release the name so it can be used again. Unless he has done something we are unaware of, he should be allowed to play the game and create a new account without being blocked. He pays for his membership and has bought credits with his own money, so why shouldn't he be allowed to play the game?

We are all role playing in here in some form. People role play all the time in real life, even if they are not aware of it, we adapt to our surroundings and are more like a lump of clay than a statue, so it is only logical that we also do it here. We change persona according to the situation we are in, you are not the same with your friends that you are around your mom. You are at your best when you meet people for the first time, people you admire, someone that scare you, people you like, have a crush on and if you are in love, you are really not the same person anymore.
