after 3 weeks and barely to quit this game for good, I have succeeded to log in back. although I didn't want to believe, it was the AVG antivirus. I replaced it with another one and here I am. 

so, if this useful for someone else, it worth to try.

It's nothing special. Windows10. 16GB RAM. Avast Premium Security. Exceptions for 3dxLauncher and 3dxchat in Firewall is set. Launcher connects somewhere and says game is starting, but 3dxchat.exe isn't starting at all.

my husband SexyRex is unable to get game to run and ive tried to contact support and its not working he is using windows 11 64bit and has reinstalled and nothing works he is on version 4 game 453 when he tries to run game it wont launch please help we have been apart for months now and  he paid good money to play here

if CPU is not an ARM, Rex should add the folder (3dx xhat) to the exception of his antivirus

he has done that I'm sure he has been out of game nearly a month due to this  problem

Hello, how's it going? I've tried to figure out what's wrong with my game. I have been able to play using CrossOver but for some strange reason now, I get this window. I know that I'm playing on a Mac but any help would be greatly appreciated!

I realise this is an old topic but as a new user I've encountered this issue and use AVG as my AV / Firewall. In AVG Menu > Settings > General > Exceptions I have added the path to the folder when I've installed 3DX, it has autofilled C:\3DXChat\*

I guess you could narrow it down to specifically

• 3DXChat/3DXChat.exe
• Game/3DXChat.exe
• Launcher/3DXChat.exe

After I added my installation folder to exceptions in AVG it all worked just fine.

I guess the same would be true for any other software that may have an exception or equivalent rule.

I'm having the same problem.  New computer. Game will not launch.  Goes from the updater to nothing.

I've deleted the game and reloaded.  Even removed the registry.

• Open Registry Editor
• Go to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/SexGameDevil/
• Right click the folder called 3DXChat
• Select Delete
• Re install the game using the fresh downloaded installer

I tried to run as an administrator.
I have install the latest version of DirectX 9.0c
I have installed the latest drivers.
I have installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package
I restarted my computer numerous times. 
I'm running Windows 11, NVIDIA GeFOrce RTX 4090
I've added the files to Norton and ensure they were not being blocked, exempting the whole folder.  I even tried to run after turning off Norton.
