When i double click on the game this message appears with an error:

"Failed to initialize Direct3D.
Make sure you have at least DirectX 9.0c installed, have drivers for your
graphics card and have not disabled 3D acceleration
in display settings.
InitializeEngineGraphics failed"

Anyone familiar with the solution??

Does anyone know why they disabled the Aperture option in 2.0, we used to make kickass photos using that option and they removed it.... any ideas?

It's like girls slumber party in here all that's missing is a pillow fight.    But what's of more importance even as frustrated as I get at the "game Gods" there is a message on the log in screen saying the EU proxy server will be down. I've logged into the US server and neither seems to be working so that's the first issue. Secondly if the issue is going to take longer then someone needs to take 30 seconds and provide and an update on the log in page. I know this won't go over well with a lot of my fellow subscribers but seriously they should pick one day week to do scheduled maintenance, post a reminder on the log in page, in much bigger and brighter text so that us, the customer, will not get so...frustrated.

True, i have made a previous topic about the lack of communication the DEVS have towards us customers and the support team answer was "The Devs do not like to communicate..." so we should do one thing.... wait!

robo check if u have copied the password with any spaces at the beginning or end... it happened to me once and check your email as well for spaces.... did u change ur password before u re-subbed? if u did then try that cheers and i hope u will get back in soon...

No offense, but when you start of this topic with insults, directed at a community as a whole, doesn't matter if you target only the judges, but as long as you don't know who they are, you are targetting everyone.

Had you worded yourself differently, the response you got woulda been different. I don't know about you, but that's not how I start an adult conversation.

I'm Kindly requesting the Admins to delete this thread... i opened it for adults to discuss and turned out that i was talking to children who use insult as power of talking...

the answer is pretty simple, because i felt like it.  You seem to be suffering from the same affliction as others here who think you are the only one who can have an opinion. then when someone doesnt agree you bring out the "nobody asked for your opinion"  Simple fact of the matter is this, nobody asked for yours either but you have that right to say whatever you want, just as Akali  does or anyone else. 

as long as i dont get insulted then i dont have no problem but when people such as urself and akali come up here thinking you have the right to talk about me then i will have to fire back.... conversation over...

and nobody asked for yours yet we got a 5 page thread because you are butthurt you didnt win. thats the funny thing about forums, they are open to all.

Daria yes! Her picture was amazing and her photoshopping is the best I have seen here, and dont know why you have to even throw shade at someones pictures like that with your comment saying "Daria Please" but your opinion is your OPINION i guess.

Anyways let me reword it then.....not attacking Tauri but attacking the judges! mah bad! Me sooo sowwy! (See Below) Just bc you THINK yours deserved to win dont mean it shouldve. There were MANY MANY wonderful photos and we all prob thought ours should have won but judges and votes are the final say so take the salt and go put it on some food or something.

Its not hating at all Juicy why you taking it so personal. Yours counts as photoshopped so only ONE can win (even states that at the top of the contest) and honestly IN MY OPINION I think Paloma, Daria OR Matrix surfing one should have won over yours and over Matrix jerking shadow since the theme is clearly SUMMER and not.....jerking off shadow on a glacier. They use to do on likes but some people would have all their friends (40+ votes) always voting and wasnt fair. So they added the judges. You weren't the only one with alot of likes and didnt win! I have done this many times since it has started its not always fair but at least you have fun and try your best.

 

 

If their was only one judge then how did the judging happen? What if that judge knew the people they voted for and so forth? Was the contest really fair if their was only one judge this month?

 

 

I agree i think the photoshopped should have more then one winner at least if their is more then one entry for photoshopped and more judges!!!!

Anyways I think Tauri didnt have to do this for us and you shouldnt be attacking her like this. You clearly are very very salty you lost. Nope, came to clarify that the judges do change from time to time and that your picture falls under the photoshop category, apart from that i have no interest in your accusations

first time i got the same issue and we have spoke about it as u remember in the past and when i won twice i got my prize after 3 weeks and now this.... well i guess the admins here are a mob all together just deciding whatever they want.. anyway have a good day

Call it what you want, your work is nice no doubt about it, wont win anything by quitting though. And just to answer Leeloos post above, yes her pictures do fall in the photoshop category which only gets a third of the votes the non photoshop part of the contest does, which then results in less metions there. 

i dunno why u are hating? are u one of the judges? thats why u came to defend yourself?

The judges change out every couple of months for various reasons, some leave others just dont have time anymore, there is only one left of the original 4. And no they wont be made public.

But in my opinion , your pic isn't selected because you added the "beach" sign , so it's counted as photoshoped pic . And there is only one winner in the photoshoped category . Even if i always said that not knowing who are the judges could looks suspicious to certain paoples . Some peoples who don't win can think that the judges make their friends win . 

well at least a mention lol they didnt even do that! well im not looking into that anymore..... let them go and do whatever the F they want... im not gonna put effort to show these bullshit people my talents.. i prefer keeping it for myself...
