  1. This "walk - through" door was made with the flat curtain object.
  2. There is still the option for the VStroker. And does anybody really use this stuff? I hope, too, that this Lovense connection is not the big update they were talking about. There are more important things that should be added to 3DXC.
  3. I have no idea, sorry. But in this case, they could create a private test server and have a closed beta or something with trusted people.
  4. Right, but I was more referring to big updates and changes like a clothes or poses editor. Those would require MASSIVE testing. But I wonder, if they are really working on something like that: why don't they use a test server, like they did in the past and let us do the testing. Many of us would be glad to help and send bug reports.
  5. I don't want to see the outrage here when Gizmo puts out an update without it being thoroughly tested. And he pulls an Cyberpunk 2077 on us... So: good things come to those who wait! Doesn't mean there is a real lack of communication by the devs.
  6. what do you try to do? You could also use water and color it black.
  7. You can use the curtain object. You can walk through it, just add a fitting texture on it
  8. Wouldn't it be great if we had (a group of) objects that moves on a given path? E.g., I'm building the Staten Island Ferry for our New York room. The Ferry itself would be a party location where the players spawn. But it constantly moves slowly around Manhattan. Now add a dynamic skybox with a moving sun, you could open the room and set the virtual time to around sunset. And as time passes by, the sun disappears, the stars come out and the skyline of New York lits up. This is the dream I have...
  9. This and please add the posiibility to rotate on the spot! Pretty, pretty please, @Gizmo
  10. It's probably your AV software. Try to put the picture folder on the white list, then OneDrive isn't needed.
  11. That's great! We, as customers, can only win when there is competition to Intel and AMD
  12. You are absolutely right, Mulan. My whole point was to warn people to think they can buy the newest M1 ARM Mac and expect to run 3DXC and every program using Bootcamp or a virtual machine. As you say, some programs might use some tinkering with (Rosetta 2), some might not work at all.
  13. ARM proccessors are (or were) processors for mobile devices. They are so fast now that they are used in the MS Surface X or in the new Macs. But programs for Intel processors don't run on them.
  14. Any chance you would build the characters themselves for the Springfield room? I would love to take a picture with Homer and co.
  15. thank you But of course we have improved it meanwhile
  16. As far as I know 3DXC doesn't run on ARM processors. Does anybody know if the new Macs with ARM work with 3DXC? I remember a user with a MS Surface X. 3DXC didn't run on it.
  17. I use a second alt, when I'm building and don't want to be disturbed.
  18. You are on the naughty list anyway, Jack
  19. Exactly! And always keep in mind that even the biggest companies are not safe against such attacks. Yes, looking at you, Sony etc. Blame the attackers and the groups in 3DXC that support and work together with them!
  20. thank you so much! For building and for sharing!
  21. This is what I like with 3DXC so much: it's almost a "flat-rate". You know exactly what you will have to pay monthly for it, no hidden costs. And if you need 20.000 xGold for a marriage or change of name, you can buy them. But this will happen not THAT often I guess. Games like Second Life can get really expensive.
  22. @Gizmo, if you don't grant Paulita a free lifetime subscription as a "thank you" for this room, you are out of your mind
