Let's see this from a business point of view. What draws the most new customers, what keeps the existing customer base (means: what generates income). If Gizmo develops what HE likes best, that might be stupid if it's not what his customers want. Hey, I could develop and sell motorcycles, even if I don't have a driving license and wouldn't enjoy riding them. But they make money for me. So, for me in short it is: "listen to your customers, this will make you the most money".

Absolutely! And talking about going to clubs / rock concerts: wouldn't it be awesome if we had the possibility to let the whole audience headbang in sync, or wave a light, or applause hands over their heads. Like at real concerts. And don't get me started what additional functions we could use in the world editor... But this was unfortunately at the bottom of the wish list.

That's what I mean. Why don't they cater for what the majority of the customers want? New poses are nice, but please make poses that not only appeal to a minority. And as Tsela says: there are almost double as many dislikes as likes for the cage pose.

It's like the spiral staircase object. We could already do this by ourselfes or download it. (OK, the smooth underside of the staircase is nice) Why don't they make a poll what kind of poses the majority wants? I could be wrong, but a function to sync the dance of a large number of people would benefit all the dance groups and maybe would be in higher demand as a cage pose. Or how about more everyday poses? Of course, if the majority wants BDSM, torture, rape poses, then I'm fine with it. With a business point of view, you should cater to your customers needs.

Because it's not for everyone, it's a niche. They waste a lot of time to create this instead of listening what the majority is asking for. This is a bad business strategy.

I had this bug once or twice (even with my wife). Do you have a mutual friend who you could send a message so that he / she coordinates a meeting between you and your friend. Then you two can "reconnect" again.

Right, but I was more referring to big updates and changes like a clothes or poses editor. Those would require MASSIVE testing. But I wonder, if they are really working on something like that: why don't they use a test server, like they did in the past and let us do the testing. Many of us would be glad to help and send bug reports.

I don't want to see the outrage here when Gizmo puts out an update without it being thoroughly tested. And he pulls an Cyberpunk 2077 on us... So: good things come to those who wait! Doesn't mean there is a real lack of communication by the devs.

Wouldn't it be great if we had (a group of) objects that moves on a given path? E.g., I'm building the Staten Island Ferry for our New York room. The Ferry itself would be a party location where the players spawn. But it constantly moves slowly around Manhattan. Now add a dynamic skybox with a moving sun, you could open the room and set the virtual time to around sunset. And as time passes by, the sun disappears, the stars come out and the skyline of New York lits up. This is the dream I have...
