Oke, I have to renew my membership of 3DXchat.....but.....because of the update i was not able to login for more than a week....and i have paid for a full month.
Am i gone be refund? or will there be extra time added to my membership membership ?????

This is necessary in order to save your characters, gifts, friends, and so on.
 
During the transfer of the database, we are forced to disable the game server. It means that the game will be unavailable for several hours.
