build your own. This pc will eat up and spit out the specs you mentioned. It's nice. Cheap, pretty small and portable for lan parties. upgradeable for future core upgrades n stuff. . Will be able to play 3dxchat on high settings no problem. Just gotta spend a few hours putting it all together. But that is kinda fun and educational. Once you build your own there is no going back! DVD player can be picked up for pretty cheap. 10-30 bucks. Same as a a harddrive. Can pick up a 2-5 terybyte one down the road when bestbuy has a sale on their seagates. they are cheap now. SSD is way to go though. Well worth it to have your fav games and operating system on it. Will most likely need a wifi card or dongle to. They are cheap though as long as your not trying to get through a metal sided garage or something. But for 400 it is one badass little rig to get ya started. Better then any prebuilt you could buy. Shop around. There is also some really good back to school sales going on right now to. They say it should downgrade by the time it hits USA east coast. But its still gonna blast Dominican republic and Cuba and already destroyed a few islands. Yeah. Straight up banned. The way they went about it was pretty shady. The creator should really have the book thrown at them to. Crap like this can put a end to all the cool apartment and cloths mods we all love. They make the game more fun. There is a lot of fucked up paranoid conspiracy heads here who spend way to much time conjuring up strange ass theories in their heads. I see this as a mod that just capitalizes off those type of players. That is a weasel thing to do to say the least but whatever. Gotta be careful and gotta put your foot down somewhere. Would really really suck to lose the apartment mods if devs cracked down. Some of us forget but they have cracked down in the past when it got to outta hand and we all used Cheat engine. All it takes is a few bad apples. Don't want a repeat of that. Devs are nice enough to shed a blind eye to good mods. Don't take advantage of their generosity and make stupid shit. In the snap of a finger or beat of a eyelash they can stop being so nice and be real pricks about it if they choose. After all it is their livelihood and business. The moment they start losing revenue over something like this, it all could come crumbling down.
