Do we still talk about royalties for copyright Music? If... It's very easy and simple. This person who use copyright Music, to play it for a public audiences with or without the target to earn money needs to have the Licences and the permission. Providing a tool that allows playback of 3rd part music sources like online radios or user owned private music streams isn't responsible for royalties. 3DXChat self doesn't use their Servers for upload or stream music, they use online radios which paid the necessary licenses. It's not the fault of 3DXChat when ppl abuse this system and use it to put private or pirate music streams This counts equally for private and public rooms when the audiences has a public access Would it be different then every music player and broadcast software programmer would have to pay license fees This would complicate matters because licenses do not have to be paid twice ^^ But well opinions are free and at least counts just what's written in the respective license agreements.

Twiggy I'm not a Lawyer or something else who can answer this question Personal now I don't think 3DXChat as a kind of music Player get a major meaning to clear the responsibility because at least is there a stream server, a owner of this server and the audiences who listen this music. The fact that 3DXChat works as a music playback device will not get much importance. Also the points of virtual private User Rooms, public Rooms get at least not a big meaning when the audiences is public. I agree with you in the point that a game operator who use background music for his game will be partly responsible for this used music but that does not change the responsibility of the music provider himself.

Well, music was never a part of their game. They don't use their Servers to save and stream music. It's like Twiggy said: This counts for the most parts in this game... Why should they care about music legalities or costs when they just add the tool to add Music or user provided music streams?

That's not correct They simple didn't care about legalities and I don't think they do it right now. After my leave they did add this useless assigns declaration because responsible is always the music provider, this person who use the stream server, the person who upload the Music and streams the music in the internet. Public Rooms or Private Rooms makes no differences when the audiences is public.

A little Video Live stream to show the kind of music This Video stream was 2017 live streamed in Virtual DJ Radio but Virtual DJ Radio or 3DXChat is at least not matter and makes no differences. The method of music streaming will be the same but of course with actual music

The Artist Festival is an awesome idea But like a Expo? A similar thing we had already in the past. I think it was something like an 3DXChat Ikea I would more prefer the Idea of an whole Theme world build of different artists I imagine a Location build for example of Alliehotass, Anaganda and LukeM where everyone build a part of... This Festival could be a series... The one month 3 Artists, the next month 3 other artists etc etc Personal I don't have currently the mod for Build but if I can help on another way let it know me!

I think this too Personal I don't care about physics just for play, chat and walk around. It will be just another resources and performance eater in a game who needs more resources then the current EgoShooters on the market For a close Avatar view would more Physics be cool, for example Sex or erotic posing. I think a simple choice Button will the best solution - On/Off for Body Physics

Upcoming Updates 2019 Would be cool to see also some things of them upcoming Just screenshots or the notifications in a period of six months makes no one Happy. A info about the state include bugfixes of the 64bit versions, implementation of Rochi's Mods are very interesting too!

Some animated Objects would be cool... Could be some simple animations like rotate, swing etc... With them would it be very easy to build own animated objects, Laser shows etc. I didn't followed this topic and I've no idea if this was suggested before

So seen is this right but it wasn't hard to get in or to stay in because all that was necessary needed was controlled by our terms of service (code of conducts for DJ's). The person as self was not matter, I made no differences between friends, non-friends, guys or girls as long that was complied with this points. It was also not just my terms of service, also here was it written by everyone who was a part of OK yes and no for this boss thing ^^ sometimes^^

I hope that this impression did not exist For myself we was a team where everyone was on the same level. Everyone who was a part of had the same rights to add Events, Music, DJing around the clock everywhere and bring his own ideas... The Boss was just this rules where everyone did agree before and they wasn't hard Look backward was this also the reason for a lot awesome events I will remember always glad! Was for me a good time...

The first is not true I was one of the first. There was already some DJ's to the time we had in game Moderators like Bran. Bran was before in charge to put and switch DJ's The system of now in game was also an already existing functions of the music plugin, just with an user interface of the Devs. I did use my own system which basically has nothing to do with the game functions but they did work together. Maybe it was developed out of the existing service to meet the requirements and wishes of the ppl Personal I was not a fan of the simple switch because it was always someone needed to put music and change the dj streams. Well this works just for one world but for different worlds and DJ streams around the clock it was a big mess I just want to clarify this things... I locking forward to this event and I hope to see again some old and new faces

A big thank you and a lot of respect goes to you! I can Imagine it was a lot Background-work needed to invite and organize all this DJ's and all who was a part of Personal for me, I had a lot of fun, also with my evening starter slot BTW. this with the worst evening starter slot was a joke and it was for me very funny because I was often invited and also weeks before and I said always no but you did ask again at the first event day. Just alone this deserve a lot respect With short words, I had no reason to complain about the given time of evening because it was very short termed. I had tree days a lot of fun, nice chats and just a good time. The stages and the whole event was amazing... Thank you for everyone who was a part of! -
