Here I will bring back a oldie. lol But I always liked that song and plus it back when they were still making actually music video.

It pretty much sum up how I feel about the mess we live in .

Tout est chaos
A côté
Tous mes idéaux : des mots Abimés...
Je cherche une âme, qui
Pourra m'aider
Je suis
D'une géneration désenchantée, désenchantée

Here is a translation from the web :

Disenchanted

Swimming in the troubled waters
Of forthcoming days
Waiting here for the end
Floating in the too heavy air
Of the almost nothing
To whom should we hold out our hands

If I must fall from high
Let my fall be slow
I haven't found rest
But in indifference
And yet I would like to recover my innocence
But nothing makes sense anymore, and nothing's fine

Everything is chaos
By comparison
All of my ideals:
Damaged words...
I'm looking for a soul
Who will be able to help me
I am from
A disenchanted generation,
Disenchanted

Who could keep me
From hearing everything
When reason collapses
Which way to turn
Who can pretend
To lull us in one's womb

If death is a mystery
Life isn't exactly tender
If heaven has an hell
Then heaven can still wait for me
Tell me,
How to handle this headwind
Nothing makes sense anymore, nothing's fine

Everything is chaos
By comparison
All of my ideals:
Damaged words...
I'm looking for a soul
Who will be able to help me
I am from
A disenchanted generation,
Disenchanted

Everything is chaos
By comparison
All of my ideals:
Damaged words...
I'm looking for a soul
Who will be able to help me
I am from
A disenchanted generation,
Disenchanted

Just because its not at (y)our doorstep?!

german translation|deutsche übersetzung

Spoiler

between 1964 and 1973, bombs rained every eight minutes, day and night on the small country laos. the US troops scattered more explosive than in all of world war II to the approximately 237,000 square kilometers of land. nowhere in the world more bombs fell as in laos per capita. laos has thus experienced a sad record: it is the land with the world's highest per capita density bombs. although laos officially remained neutral, crackled over 35 years ago during the vietnam war, countless american cluster or cluster bombs on the southeast asian country fell down. one third of these explosive device did not explode, and is still considered lethal legacy of war somewhere in the landscape.

with the australian film "bomb harvest" director kim mordaunt and the screenwriter and producer sylvia wilczynski illustrate dramatically the threat that today, two generations later, these bombs still have: 30 percent of the weapons are a dud in the soil. in addition to the thousands of large bombs that were dropped during the approximately 580,000 operations, aid agencies estimate alone, the number of tennis ball-sized cluster bombs that failed to explode on impact, to nearly 80 million.

children stumble on the way to school on unexploded bombs; farmers cultivate their fields under life-threatening. and others try their luck as scrap metal collectors / inside, to supplement their meager income. the find and defuse the explosive device is a race against time: at the current "clearing time", it would take 180 years until the country is finally freed from its deadly legacy.

Interesting topic and i too agree with callista and loki. First of all, your born into this world wild. Guides from loved ones, people and friends, and the environment is just the beginning steps that shapes thoughts into actions. Every ones mind is a world that labels a person. Take this game for example. Some peoples disires are found romantic while others might not or even disgusting. Some might even see them as monsters too. I'll even us myself as a example. I train in MMA (mix marital arts) and before a match starts, ill look at that persons body language, her eye contact. In my head ill think of any possible way to take that person down.
That passion of mine excites me because right infront of me is a challenge that i want to defeat no matter how bad i get hurt or the one i go up against. You can label me as a monster or not but in the end its how you are as the viewer to see things.

I dont remember where i hurd this saying but i like it and goes like this.... it is mentally and physically impossible for "good and evil" to exist without mankind.

AUG 19, 2012 World Humanitarian Day. One day stage setup. :o :o :o

Beyonce' performed "I Was Here" at UN.

"I Was Here"

I wanna leave my footprints on the sands of time
Know there was something that, meant something that I left behind
When I leave this world, I'll leave no regrets
Leave something to remember, so they won't forget

I was here
I lived, I loved
I was here
I did, I've done everything that I wanted
And it was more than I thought it would be
I will leave my mark so everyone will know
I was here

I wanna say I lived each day, until I die
And know that I meant something in somebody's life
The hearts I have touched will be the proof that I leave
That I made a difference, and this world will see

I was here
I lived, I loved
I was here
I did, I've done everything that I wanted
And it was more than I thought it would be
I will leave my mark so everyone will know

I was here
I lived, I loved
I was here
I did, I've done everything that I wanted
And it was more than I thought it would be
I will leave my mark so everyone will know
I was here

I just want them to know
That I gave my all, did my best
Brought someone some happiness
Left this world a little better just because

I was here

I was here
I lived, I loved
I was here
I did, I've done everything that I wanted
And it was more than I thought it would be
I wanna leave my mark so everyone will know

I was here
I lived (I lived), I loved
I was here
I did (I did), I've done
I was here
I lived (I lived), I loved (I loved)
I was here (oh)
I did, I've done

I was here
