From my experience, and from what I saw on other situations here at the forum, support may not be fast but it is efficient. Being a weekend doesn't help to a quick reply to your tickets. Please be patient. This delay is surely annoying but, on a positive side, it's not preventing you from using the game. If the transactions were effectively done (I don't know what that "Pending" status on your balance sheet may mean) you will get the xGold credit you paid for. Janet Posted March 12, 2023 Share Posted March 12, 2023 (edited) It looks like the transaction is not finished as MeiLing already said. Not sure who is responsible in that case. BMT or the credit card company. Always no cool when the only information you got is "pending". The reason can be different.
