I agree fully. I personally could live with a ''No Room Ads in World Chat" rule, no problem. If it was CLEARLY communicated with the Players, before they started Banning people for it.

Sorry but no. The 'rule' as it is written now? The 'Nonsensical' messages are forbidden thing? Do you realize that by that rule, a reply of 'LOL' could be banned? It's a nonsensical term, and often repeated. The 'Rule' as it stands now, is Unclear, and could mean -Anything-, clarity is needed. Period.

People over at the United Independents Discord reported that one of theirs and AlphaWulf got banned only a few hours ago, so it's ongoing as far as I know.

Nobody is disputing that fact. But how do you explain the case of Wildcard, who as he said got Banned for posting a Single Message about his room in World Chat. ONCE.

Yes there might be a rule. But it's not -posted- anywhere. And now not only those that have their entire Team post Ad after ad after ad are being banned. But also those that post one advertisement to say they are opening their room -once- (As Wildcard said happened to him) And again, I keep repeating this. There has been ZERO word from the Developers about this sudden change in the rules.

One thing is for certain, seeing as this Thread jumped from 0 views to 3500 and counting upward FAST in just 12 hours, it's a hot topic that has a lot of people up in arms about it. The Devs have been @mentioned SEVERAL times across this thread, and still not a single word or (re)action from them. This in my opinion is not a good thing. At all. There Needs to be some form of response, the silence is rather upsetting to be honest.

Don't think it matters much who was the first, the point is that people are getting reported and Suspended even Now. And we're not hearing Anything from the Devs about it.

Yes, that's what worries me too. Because lets face it, this community as a whole has a problem being paranoid and judgmental. Any of the groups that are now NOT Banned, are gonna be scrutinized and accused of -causing- this. Speculation already runs rampant, and the utter lack of communication from @Lisa and @Gizmo is fanning the flames.

Stellania was the one opening this thread because she noticed herself being Suspended for 'Spam' last night, which was odd to say the least. She doesn't -spam-, our Advertisement more then once every Hour or so.

Okay just so I'm understanding this right. DevilWoman and some of her friends, think that this Nalley whoever that is, got them Banned by reporting them. So... Their response is to Report/Ban -everyone- else who has nothing to do with this Drama... That's like burning down the house because someone spilled coffee on your pants... It makes no sense and will only serve to antagonize the whole damn server against you... What the fuck?

Sorry but, what? I'm having trouble understanding that logic I'm afraid. You think someone reported you, so you report everyone? That's like 'Someone stole my wallet, so I'm going to burn everyone's house down' The logic is just.... Not there. But that might be just me not getting it...

As far as I'm seeing and hearing, every E-mail Appeal about these bans has gotten the Exact same Response about 'Suspicious Activity' as reason for the Suspensions.

Not a word, it seems most Email appeals got the -exact- same Copy pasted response about 'Suspicious Activity' but nothing more.

Stellania from our group got a 48 Hour ban for 'spam' and Suspicious activity. And our policy in the Divas is to only post our WC Advertisement Once every Hour or so. Far from 'spam' in most notions of the word.

Allegedly some people even got their Account Suspended for 'Spam', while Offline.

Actually, it doesn't really make sense for this to be a Automatic Banning Mishap the more I think about it. If it was Automated, EVERY Club that Advertises would be Banned. But while there are a LOT of Clubs and Groups reporting this shit, it's not ALL of them. However, I'm NOT going to claim this is someone abusing the Report Function, but I can see people thinking this. We -need- information from @Gizmo and @Lisa about these Bans. Because as it stands now, this WILL lead to drama I'm afraid. Every club that -Wasn't- Banned is gonna be looked at suspiciously.

My dark suspicion now is though that we’re gonna get another copy pasted response like. ‘The game servers are unstable because of X, problems will be fixed.’ And then they’ll lock this thread to pretend it never happened.
