Thanks Rock for sticking with us through our technical difficulties... If I do say so myself, I thought the playlist was pretty good last night, and I enjoyed finding and playing everyone's requests. And no more Wednesdays. Tuesday and Friday evenings from now on.

It's all extremely personal. Some "love" a certain music because their mom or dad "loved" it and played it all the time. Others hate it for exactly the same reason. Personal. I don't like or dislike music because of how I have to purchase it. My opinion is based solely on listening. I like most all music, as long as it's performed and recorded well. My least favorite music drones on and on, and probably was "performed" by layering tracks of synth sounds using software on a Mac. I'm also not especially fond of listening to a "singer" doing his best to cultivate throat cancer by screaming unintelligibly through an entire heavy metal song, even though the musicianship may be top-notch. Still, there are plenty of 3DXers who enjoy both genres (and sub-genres, and sub-sub-genres) and I totally respect that. Just like I respect those who don't like the country tunes that Firey & I open our room to play twice a week. Some like no country. Others hate old country. Others hate the new stuff. It's all personal. I just keep adding what I think is good to my playlist, and those who keep coming back seem to like it.

Seems there is now no vapor from the beer buckets. A quick search of this topic reveals the original complaint was that the vapor only showed up with TOD set to night or cloudy. I don't see it at all now.

When will the guys get to layer more than briefs and trousers? I'm thinking shirts with ties, windsor and bow, with a sport coat / suit jacket worn over. The bow tie collar is fine for a guy looking to be a Chippendale dancer, but it really doesn't cut it combined with an open collar shirt. Also, more hats. Something with a little class for the guys, from Jake & Elwood Blues to Bruno Mars, it's not hard to get ideas. A couple of western hats too for both the guys and gals. And speaking of western, guys could use some plaid shirts and both guys & gals need a western style boot.

Regardless of how you define your 3DX fun, I guarantee this will be a fun party for all who attend. Dress up... Mask up... Show up... Tonight, Monday the 25th.

Here's a thought. Let's pick a day of the week. I'd propose Monday, but maybe others have reasons that another day would be better. Then on that one day a week, we all encourage each other to use 2.0 for that entire day. Yes, I know, different time zones, etc. blah da blah da blah. How big of a rush are the developers going to be in to debug the beta if hardly anyone is using it? Maybe after a month we choose two days, then three days and so on... And by the way, until us users are putting a load on the servers, I can guarantee all the bugs will not show themselves. So how about it people? Manic Mondays? Two Point Oh Tuesdays? Let's do something to get this ball rolling. I want to open up a room and not have to block the windows!!
