Chris Redfield Posted August 22, 2015 Share Posted August 22, 2015 There is something that have been bothering me for some time now and it is that a certain Admin/GM checks people accounts and share their information with other people who aren't supposed to have these information. I do have a good guess of who is that person giving away these private information but anyhow, I hope that person stops giving away information they aren't supposed to be checking in the first place. This is a game we pay for, and it was promised to us that our personal info was not going to be shared. If there is proof behind your words, this could essentially be a lawsuit waiting to happen. So... Maybe back up the claims? EDIT: And if so, I think you should do more than simply making a forum post... Peoples personal information like Real Names, credit card details and all other details along those lines of personal are kept secret and the people required to know them example the billing company are the only ones who know this. Guest Skar Posted August 22, 2015 Share Posted August 22, 2015 About the payment information, those are taken care by BMT Micro and as a middle man, they are the one that store the personal informations and credit cards numbers. I don't think that real name and payment are handle by 3dxchat (sexdevilgame). They use BMT Micro for a reason. About the claim that personal information were shared, a complain must be made to the administration and please take screenshot of every claim that might be said in game. Those topics only breed confusion and bring anguish on a matter that need to be clarified.
