Basically one person states something that they have never done. If the other person did what is stated then they will say "guilty" and say something they have never done.

 

Example:

 

Person 1: Never have I ever had a threesome.

Person 2, who actually had a threesome: Guilty. Never have I ever used a chainsaw.

 

And so on.
