JhonLant
I had The same problem 4-5 week ago. But it happend only 1 day. Needed to enter 10- 15 times. With no found reason. Now i don't have that issue at all anymore. Somthimes a connection loss but not 10-15 times anymore. Try go onlie via other router . neighbours . But that will not be the issue / problem i think
Pierrousss
i think you lost your "internet connection", not the connection to the game's server.... as Jhon said, try with neighbour's router ^^ kiss yuu
Yumiiii
No, it's not my internet connectionIt's only with the game i have that kind of problems And i can't try with neighbour's router
Bran
I have been speaking to several players and these are facts: Several players have on one day at some time experienced similar issues, where they kept being disconnected from game, including myself. Its been a one time situation. There is no pattern like: server overload (too many ppl online); after a patch; etc So, its very dificult to determine what the problem is, especailly when its only happening to a few players and only once. All this in all truth indicates the issue is on the players side and not server, various facts could be the reason; faulty internets, wi_fi users, etc Im not a computer expert, so I can't suggest solutions, but I advise once again to farward all complaints to our 3DXCHAT Support and let our devs help you. AndraS
I have the same problem , if I change location, or trying to login. What is fine, probably its something about my hardware config. But when i had disconnects during the game, i realised that the main reason, that my browser behind the game is connecting or refreshing automaticly. Then ive tried to play without having my browser opened. No disconnects at all. No rendering issues at all. So what i can suggest is , Dont play with your browser on facebook, twitter, or any other sites what is oftenly refreshing automaticly, cuz thats killing your connection with the game. Probably the game drops off the ppl , who are having large Ping. Ps. Oh, and also be aware of sites behind the game, what are showing online advertisements. Rochi
It could always be wireless problem, not having enough power to reach your computer from the router, or something blocking the path or maybe the router is failing.. To me it really sounds like wireless problem.. i would try using a cable Other than that you could try allowing 3DXChat through your firewall manually..
