RedMaria Posted October 7 Posted October 7 Hi guys, I've been having a problem getting back into the game. Since one said: at Norten 360 Permium came a new interface and update. It no longer works... First said that the 3DX-Lauscher.exe was infected with IDP.Generic. But since today only the loading bar runs through and then nothing more. Can you help me find out what this could be? I am using Win 11, on a Rog Strix X570-E Gaming motherboard, 32 GB RAM, RX6900 XT graphics card. My internet security is Norten 360 Permium. Do you have a solution or can you suggest another Internet Security? MfG RedMaria Translated with DeepL.com (free version)
MeiLing Posted October 7 Posted October 7 You can add the folder of the game to exception of your antivirus Open your Norton device security product Click Settings Click Antivirus Click Configure next to Items to Exclude from Auto-Protect Click Add Folders In the Add Item window, browse for the folder Click OK Click Apply and OK https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/v3672136 and then you should be ok Neithx and AbbyGail 1 1

RedMaria Posted October 12 Author Posted October 12 Hi, here I am again, but it still works. I have placed both EXE files in the Items to Exclude as you described. But still the same thing. As soon as the loading bar is through, nothing happens. Even after reinstalling, although it didn't work at first on Monday. What could this be? Please help! MfG RedMaria
