It has nvidia geforce rtx intel core i5 8gb ram and 474gb disk storage

1) download the client from your personal cabinet https://3dxchat.com/members/ or try to use the already ready archive with the game https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1mYg976YwR9t1djtHrMVec4h7JSRjT1lz?usp=drive_link.
2) As far as I know, it only works on Windows 10 x64 / 11 
3) Create a folder Games C:\ D:\ or another folder on any of your disks and add the downloaded archive there.
4) This folder, where the archive is located, should be added to the exceptions antivirus (that would not delete any file).
5) after unpacking the game should be added to the firewall exceptions 
C:\3DXChat\Game\3DXChat.exe
C:\3DXChat\3DXChat.exe.
C:\3DXChat\Launcher\3DXLauncher.exe.
6) remove all cheats like CheatEngine from your computer and disable (make sure they are not hanging in processes) overlays like FPS monitor. 
7) if the game still won't start, keep communicating with technical support ...
