Bonjour,

Ma partenaire, Euphoryah, a un problème depuis la dernière mise à jour, en septembre, avec les nouvelles fenêtres. En effet, elle dispose de deux PC performants, et pourtant elle présente un bug assez étrange. Par exemple ici, avec Thick Glass, elle devrait voir ceci,

Nous serions ravis d'avoir de l'aide. On ne sait pas d'où pourrait provenir ce bug et c'est vraiment problématique en terme d'expérience utilisateur. Il y a des chambres dans lesquelles elle ne peut pas rester à cause de ce bug. Visuellement, c'est très désagréable pour elle.

En fait, j'utilise ce verre dans certaines constructions, notamment dans une room de rp, car ces vitres ne réfléchissent pas la lumière. Ce qui permet de diminuer ou d'éviter les problèmes de lag, au maximum.
Je me demande, est-ce qu'une mauvaise connexion Internet peut être à l'orgine de ce problème ?
Car elle a deux PC, et sur ses deux PC, c'est le même problème. Pourtant, ce sont des PC performants, (PC Gaming), avec les derniers système d'exploitation Windows. Or, leur point commun, c'est la connexion Internet qu'elle utilise.

what GPU does she use? Did she update the drivers? This looks like more like a display bug than anything else.
Did she try to reduce all graphics settings in 3DXC?

Hier je cherchais de mon coté, en allant parcourant un peu, les forums de discussion de jeux vidéos, et je suis tombé sur des discussion similaires.
Je lui ai recommandé, de vérifier les mises à jour de ses pilotes, puis une fois fait, de réduire la résolution dans les paramètres de 3DXChat.
Je suis tombé sur une discussion, où un joueur expliquait, que les jeux avec une configuration par défaut, et que parfois il existait comme une sorte de décalage, (si je peux appeler ça ainsi), entre les nouvelles cartes graphiques très performantes et certains paramètres et que, baisser la résolution dans le jeu, ou la plateforme pouvait aider.
Je lui ai donc dit, d'essayer ces deux méthodes hier soir. Je ne sais pas encore, si elle a pu essayer.

Yesterday I was looking for my part, while browsing the video game discussion forums, and I came across similar discussions.
I recommended that she check for driver updates, then once done, reduce the resolution in the 3DXChat settings.
I came across a discussion, where a player explained, that games with a default configuration, and that sometimes there existed a sort of gap, (if I can call it that), between the new high-performance graphics cards and certain settings and that lowering the resolution in the game, or the platform could help.
So I told her to try these two methods last night. I don't know yet if she was able to try.
