Why alternative characters?

I don't see where the alts are that big a deal.  I got one, as a new player, so I could try things out in private.  But after spending the 10k, the second character, when using it as a primary,  does not pop into my main house.  It pops in to an area of open ocean.  So it can't build on my house for me.  Also, it can't go to the private areas most people go to.  It can only go to the main areas.  It's kinda cheesey because the account is subbed to, but only the primary on the account gets free access to everything.

 

In any case, IMHO, I'm not seeing where it's a huge issue.

different alts allow you to play different roles and experience different parts of 3dx.  As a cum slut hosting cum slut rooms I hated afks and escorts.  And believe me escorts hated me.  But then I created an alt that was only a dancer and escort using it in strip clubs.  I learned a respect for those that liked to be dancers and escorts.  It gave me new views of the game.  Then I decided that I would try building but was always getting bugged by someone wanting sex.  So up pops another alt just for building.  I found out that I sucked as a builder, and it was easier to pay my friend to fix my mistakes.  But then that is again another lesson learned.  Alts have their purposes as long as you respect each other.  I always read profiles, sometimes I wish people would take time to read mine.  Someone tries to talk to me in game, I see their profile, total opposite of mine.  I say sorry I am not interested and within an hour I am putting the person on iggy.  Why? because they keep chatting trying to convince me to give them what they want.  So yes, I see no problem with alts as long as there is respect for others involved.  But respect goes both ways.
