Hi Brun! Try to activate "Middle", "High" or "Very High" graphics settings. "Low" graphics settings option reduce polycount twice and disable all post effects (For users with old PC).

Thanks for a wonderful refs! AbbieM, Gizmo does not deal with animations. If you want to do animation for 3dxchat you have to use 3ds max and Biped rig only(!).
