There's a difference between a chat and a social platform. That's my point. I'll leave at it that.

I think ultimately there are 2 categories of people : 1- The ones that think 3DX is a sex game with a chat. 2- The ones that think 3DX is a social platform with sexual elements.

I think ANY idea is worth looking into .. Well, look at me, speaking as if I had any say into it. Let me rephrase .. *If i were in the shoes of the Devs, i'd try my damnest to listen to the ideas of my community and try to decide on what I want to try and implement* Some might be *better ideas* than others. I won't be the judge of that because, sometimes a *not so great idea* is converted and transformed into something that works well thanks to the input of the community.

And if @Gizmo and / or @Lisa CAN'T do that simple thing, or don't care about being bothered to do it, select someone that will represent them. No -power- needs to be given to that person but they could be the bridge between the community and the devs. A kind of figurehead. Simple. Efficient. No real cost. Less frustrations from the community being un-answered. Doesn't mean the issues would get fixed but at least someone would have read and probably replied.

Even with a top of the line computer and internet connection .. you`ll get slow response times. Probably more based on the server side hardware and connection. BUT .. i will say this.. my computer's and GPU's fans RARELY wind up for most games.. and on 3dx.. they do.

I understand that, but it doesn't seem like having any kind of information in this regard is something we'll get unfortunately. I don't report whatever happens in WC. I'm not the 3DX police nor do I want to do THEIR jobs. I won't fall into that kind of vitriolic gameplay and there are plenty of self appointed guardians of WC right now. I just wish that all the so called rules from 3DX get enforced with as much vigor as the no advertisement rule. Then we can see a multitude of other threads about people being suspended for breaking rules that are now enforced without warning. My point remains though, you knew you could get suspended, you took a chance, you got suspended another time .. can't blame anyone but yourself for that one.

Advertising using ASCII art that contains text or simple regular text on a line REMAINS advertising. We have no clue of what's going on right now, so i'm staying away from any form of interaction in WC. As much as I like you and your place partywiggles, you ultimately took a chance by trying to circumvent the, what seems like, application of the no advertisement rule. Bottom line, from what i'm seeing, ads of any kinds will not be tolerated .. I can live with that, no problem. The point of ALL those threads out there about it right now, the bottom line, is that it would have been nice to know there was a change in the enforcement of those rules. I say IT WOULD, not like they had ANY obligation to inform us BUT after you were suspended the 1st time, you should have played it safe and refrain from advertising. So sorry but .. the 2nd suspension you got .. that's on you. And that goes to all the others that got suspended a 1st time in recent days. I had posted about it on the forums to specifically warn other users, dj's and hosts that it could be a possibility that people would get suspended. Yes, I know, not everyone reads the forums BUT, there have been many talks on WC since last Thursday about what's going on. So, I don't really think anyone is self absorbed enough to NOT have known.

Because, in one of the posts of this thread, someone posted an image and it was written WC SPAM as a reason.. and that .. is not listed. So clearly doesn't use the reasons of the report system

Login to the game .. when it tells you you're blocked .. there's a text link there you can press to know WHY. That'll bring up your account window and it'll tell you.

Regardless of if you are FOR or AGAINST the rules. The attitude, or lack of, from the devs in all of this is far less than stellar and imho, they've found a new way to annoy the user base. The views and replies to this thread, which was initiated as a simple "Please, let us know" kind of message .. prove that.

I know they used to work in the game a long time ago, before i joined .. but wasn't there a mod for that a little while ago ? Thought I had seen it somewhere, just cant remember.

Exactly! It was(and still is actually) refreshing to see people come together and discuss it. Even if there was no real resolution to the problem. MANY good points were brought up.

I was merely stating that some of the people that read that .. understood it. I'm still not in game. My suspension should be lifted in about 90 minutes.
