One thing wich could work -> First Avatar is free, second Avatar is free but name will have [Guest] or so at the end of the name UNTIL the player unlocks the name for 10k

oh yeah I'll have a gander and then go. I'm just saying I'm tired of them now. A room is ultimately down to who is there, but rooms where you can't even see the names is just silly and Live Aid is not likely to ever occur in these enormous rooms!

The amount of players running around sending coldinvites and annoying seriousplayers anyway they can would become so many that they would outnumber the players that do have social skills, by far.
Hence most serious, long time players would quit and seek out a new game/ social platform .
The fact that 3dxchat has a "paywall " is a good thing.
Go try a sexgame that has freeusers and you will see how high the % is of immature players...
