In general when I am lost of where to find a file that I have just created in my cumputer I do : - Make screenshot. - Go back to system (windows ) and start a research of files at the top of you computer folder using "changed today" as filter. - You should see in a reasonnably long list your screen shot picture and so can find where is it is saved (right click open location). If you find nothing, go deeper in Cordelia advice. Do you know that the keyboard function "Print Screen" do the same than clicking on the camera button ? -

I really loved the idea. I was thinking myself to open one day a dedicated room for this. I was imagining the owner of the room based on the music giving a top for which dance men and women should follow. A my wedding, I had asked all girls at one moment to go on dance 4 and it had created a very positive atmosphere to see all girls dancing the same sensual dance. (even not synchronised it is really nice) I am not enough talented at managing a room to do this, but if someone would do this, I would love to go in such a room. Doing it at world chat level seems to me a good but irrealistic idea as a LOT of people have stopped since a long time to read world chat. -
Rob, I am not sure my english is good enough to debate. We can try in French but there maybe your french is not good enough ? My post is just to consider as an alert that for people for who the real life parameter of the person behind the keybord are important, the risk to be deceived is high because 3dxchat is not a place to know who is behind the keyboard. I do not say it is good or bad, but this is a fact. And what Pandora (something I hate) comes to do as an answer to my quote ... there I really am lost so I guess I have to go back to school and learn a better english. I also do not not if flawed is rude or not but it sounds like this to me

For those for who real life parameter are important (gender, age, body esthetic, size of .... ears) I do not think you are at the right place. You should go to meet real life person in the real life world. Here you meet driven avatar and the only thing you can be sure of is how the brain of the person on the other side of the keyboard works. This is my simple and not passionnate view.

Your post is nice to read thank you. Sorry for your story of marriage/ delete. I think divorce is 5 000 not 10 000. You should do it so that not to keep the name of this bad encouter each time you log. But it remains your choice.

I agree hacked should not be no difference excepted that wih hacked room the probability to have a lot of equipments collapsing with the world will be high. What I understand is that we will be able to load the prop of the room so all what we have added in the empty room (sofa, bed table light, cubes ...). What I wonder is that will we also still have the "empty room" (original walls, floor...). From first Lisa post I understand yes (thanks MissPlaces to have reminded me)

From : I understand that : 1) we will have no more access to our existing 2 rooms 2) we will start from an empty place with ground ocean montain (so no basic room with floor walls .....) with the availability to add the props that we see on the screen. 3) we will be able to load from our backup (if we do it ) all the prop of our old room. As a consequence, we will have only all the added prop of our old room so without any walls, floor ..... that are the standard of today's room. Do you understand the same ? I find this change very exiting but understanding in advance how it will happen will help to prepare ourself. I am sure we are very numerous to have some very intense and personnal moment to our existing room with our friends, good friends and .. lovers. Starting from a totally new base sounds exiting, I hope to understand it well to be ready.

Yes for sure, this is just fantasy ... and above all a fear to see less and less real life social interaction But.... in 80's car very very far from flying when today robot are already cleaning your house, manufacturing parts, welcoming people in shops .... we will see in 20 years Rob and for sure if I am (hopefully) wrong ... I will pay you a good beer in the SIN beacause I think I should succeed to save 35 xgold within 15 years

In 10-20 years this kind of "game" will be replaced by robot. They will guess what you expect and so propose you sex only when you wish.. you will not need any more to be "exposed" to real person than can make something that you do not like like a cold invite that today you have to manually (so using your brain and you mood/emotion) decline and then ... if the person insit too much, you have to "manually" decide to put in ignore list at some step ... yes this "problem" of cold invite will have disappead in 10-20 years like the need to interact wiht real person .... with all the possible negative and hopefully positive aspect .... and it will be ...... VERY SAD .......

I cannot answer directly to your question but since 2 days I have some strange fact that i had not before and maybe linked to the similar issue you have. I have many many moments when I am log in where I cannot see profile from other and then can see again. It also can lead to not seeing my friend list. But it recovers after some time. When I log in, I have one avatar that log in immediatly with no issue. I have a second avatar that has many problems. Yesterday as an extreme issue I lost all my character setting (hair, skin color shape ...) and had to rebuilt totally. What surprises me more is the difference of behaviour between 2 avatar. Maybe just hazard. I thought it was linked to my internet connection degraded (event if speed test show nothing specific) but your own issue makes me think there is maybe some server issue at the moment. Do other person have a difference of stability of the game at the moment. PS : a little advice for all : as you cannot backup up your avatar "design" as you can for your room, make a lot of screenshot to record how it is is designed if you attach importance to keep the same physical aspect.

My english is not perfect but does "RAPE" means only "RAPE woman" ? Sorry if I offend someone but I thought, as it is not directed to women in the title that it was not directed to a caterogy of person but potentially to everybody I do NOT want to take the hat of "defending such a room". I fully agree that I would prefer it to be private. I have understood the question of the topic in a certain way as "is it offensive ?". On my side I consider it as not as I do not feel offense by it and that I have the choice not to go there.

By a violent but clear title You know what to expect before to go. There is no specific target indicated in the statment so it is applicable to all. I will never go inside such a room for personnal reason but on my side I do not consider this as non acceptable. I do not feel confortable reading the name but this is something different. Note : I think you should hide the name in your picture to avoid issue yourself.
