I have downloaded the game 4 times and still can't log in , is anyone else having the same problem

Last night I added a DJ table and lost props in my room, today 11/11/16 I have lost my account I can't log into the game. I have had this account for 5 months now, and 3dx is in no hurry to resolve the issue, why does it take so long for them to give customer support. I get this wrong email or password message.
