AHT Posted September 26, 2016 Share Posted September 26, 2016 Ok well I googled and seems you can pay with PayPal. The reason your transaction has been declined is likely to do with Anti-Money Laundering regulations in particular as you are making your transaction from PR China. Seemingly many of the banks in PR China do not take the "source of funds" issue seriously enough for the United States - where it appears the end transaction happens - though I always thought 3DX was Russian but oh well -and so when the payment company see a small transaction from PR China they think "uh oh we'd rather decline such transfers than lose our licence".
