Guest beccie Posted December 11, 2015 Share Posted December 11, 2015 Not as bad as it sounds, but one friend wanted to send me a gift yesterday but it was stating that he couldn't do so because of a mutual ignore. Both profiles are visible to each other, as are the characters in-game. I tried gifting him last night, same problem, yet neither of us has each other on our ignore lists. Any ideas? I know you have been posting this bug often on the forum and it's still not fixed, but have you tried to write directly to support and explain the situation ? They will answer to you directly, as only them would be able to fix this.
