Name appearance : Two embellishments paid, one even twice, but they are not displayed at the same time / got lost

Hello all,

i like to play 3dx very much and in the last days i embellished the name of my ava - with an icon and wide set letters.

Unfortunately both embellishments are not displayed at the same time. I even bought the letter width twice.

Can you help me please? I don't feel good about buying more embellishments otherwise.

Is it important that I play 3dx with the same account alternately on two computers?

I don't use that feature, so this is just a guess, but it may be you can only use 1 at a time and if you buy one and then buy a new one the old one will be canceled and the only the new one will show.

Anyone else with more experience with this care to share?

When you buy anything new to the name, old things not selected again and bought again will go back to default.
You need to buy/select both the wide letters and the icon at once, then it should work.
