The gallery keeps loading and can't be displayed.

I'm a vpn users. Everything is fine in the game，just the gallery keeps loading and can't be displayed.

I can play the game, except for the gallery. 

 

 

My Questions：

1、Where is the server of this game?
2、How to solve the problem of the gallery?
3、Is there a better vpn that can recommend to me, or just a network tool for this game.

There is a section for self-test.

From what I see on the server description, it's the Content Server that is responsible for profile pictures.

But it's strange if everything else seems well

Not strange if THEY have a bad connection to it.
