3dxChat Launcher doesn`t work

Hi Guy`s

My Launcher suddenly doesn't work. I uninstalled the complete Game already and downloaded it again.

Now it shows the attached File and stays like this and the bar is moving and moving, but nothing happen.

Anyone got a solution for this Problem?
