Thank you Lisa! But I want to give you my thoughts on the whole communication situation thats been lacking between the devs and the community. This forum is our only means with communicating with you all. I know you all have a small staff working in 3dxchat. But to really better your buisiness please expand your staff a little bit. You all have multiple roles which makes it hard to be as efficient as possible. What we desperately need is an administrator who's sole responsibility is to manage the forums and that's it. Someone with direct contact with all the staff of 3dxchat who will give us updates on everything thats happening with issues to updates, everything. This person should be on the forums checking at least 8 hours a day keeping tabs on everything and informing the community on the status of the game. I've noticed an improvement in communication since this game started but still there's much to improve on. But we can't be relying on moderators like achillies and Ash to be the middle men between the community and the devs. This is not a direct form of communication and we need some one that can keep the community informed if something happens during the game and allow the devs to make fixes as soon as they can. Just something I always wanted to see that hasn't been done. Please don't settle with a small staff trying to do everything expand just a little and make a more stable enviroment. Ya all they needed to say was "We are currently working on the issue" just to know there doing something. No false promises. Takes all of 5 seconds to do. They would have much less hate this way. This is what everyone was angry about not so much the login issue. Why they don't take the 5 seconds to it is very unprofessional. That's what bugged me. And if its because they just figured out something was wrong thats even worse

Well ive decided not to log into 3dxchat until everyone is back in game not fair that we all can't be on lol. Sorry for my rants here and there in my posts haha Im never one to complain or get angry guess the lack of communication from the devs really got to me this time hehe night all!! Have fun playing some new mmos or get outside and do things yaaaaaaaaa!! Laterz!!

sooo I've recently discovered this might be the case. Because certain accounts can login and others can't on the same computer meaning it has nothing to do with client. You are probably exactly right. A random account block because a server overload issue. Maybe why the devs aren't saying anything right now

This is nothing new and an ongoing issue with the devs and the community. Please be more professional on how you handle your business. Be more attentive with your community letting them know you care. Be proactive not reactive this is ridiculous. You should have someone who keeps your community informed on the progress of an issue with your game. I don't want 1000 xgold because your sorry people couldn't login for awhile. I want proactive devs who work on the problem as soon as they see it and keep their customers informed. This is a very expensive online game and they're aren't many games that cost this much so please get a more attentive and caring customer service group or expand your employees to have people that can focus on that.

Well 3dxchat has always had server problems if thats the issue its something they could of prepared for better awhile ago with the big update coming

Exactly my question lol I've been trying to figure this out because I can login and I know people that live close to me that can't none of this really makes any sense. So I'm not sure that its server related. I don't know if it has something to do with people who downloaded the client yesterday vs. today. But its really weird in the consistency in who can login right now and who can't. Hopefully this is an easy fix because it looks like it isn't and my lovie can't login! soo jeez 3dxchat hurry up and fix it! **arisa angry grrrr and arisa never gets angry**
