  1. The Saloon was the biggest mistake I've seen in the 3 years I've been here. Hence why you have to wonder what the Devs are thinking and who they really care about. Go to the Saloon, there are never more than 15 people in it.
  2. This has got to be one of the most underwhelming additions to this game I've ever seen. I'm not kidding when I say I'd rather have seen a single piece of clothing, or a pose of any kind instead of this. Whoever makes this game is at the very least tone deaf as to what the community wants or what this game needs. At worst they are careless, and thoughtless, and clueless. Just what makes this place worth going to? Further how disjointed can it get? A Western town in Winter? A Western town with pop and electronic music playing with a ROCK band on stage? Couches in snowbanks? 1 bed in the entire place? And yes the Saloon is small and hard to get around in. Users didn't ask for this and most of the people I have talked to agree with that. Really bad.
  3. I've worked in R&D of software for many years. I have a good idea of the effort it takes to develop features. That said if I go back and look at the updates that have been added here since I came 2.5 months ago it looks like about 1 month & a half's worth of work for 1 developer. Seeing as they don't update us as to what's coming, have infrequent updates, no good release notes, no proper manual for the game, don't explain how to use the new features (streaming), and more worrisome...don't do enough to monetize the game (worthless gold), it makes me wonder not only their commitment to the game long term but also just how many people are in this company. I'm guessing that the Devs do much more than just Dev work.. Anyway, myself and others I know are getting bored here...I can't see staying here long term if I don't see improvements. Fwiw I voted more activities...there's just not enough to do in the game.
  4. Just an update. I took Rochi's suggestion of limiting my FPS to 30..it was set to unlimited before I think. That was about a week ago. Since then I have only had one crash...and I have played a lot. Whereas before it was at least once every time I played. So I think this problem is mostly gone now with the decrease in FPS.
  5. Some couches in my Home 1 people get stuck to so I have had to remove them. I tried removing the couches and putting new other couches in the same places and that didn't help. Is Dev aware of this bug and are they going to fix it soon?
  6. I could be anywhere when this happens...in the clubs, in private rooms wherever. my 3DXchat window turns white so it shows no graphics, then a blue spinning wheel shows up on screen and will just stay that way until I click the X to close the window..then Windows 7 tells me the program is not responding and I choose to close the program.I am operating in Windowed mode btw. Not sure thatg matters. I also have a very fast desktop computer with lots of RAM and a $300 graphics card so it's not like my machine is old. Btw, sometimes this happens just sitting there and not doing anything in the game.
  7. OK maybe not all people have this problem but I know plenty that do. I will try to uninstall and reinstall the client to see if that helps but really if Dev knows about this problem they should fix it. Software worth a $hit doesn't hang and crash...especially when you are in the middle of sex.
  8. I've been here for a few months now and for as long as I can remember I experience random crashes of the 3DXChat software forcing me to relaunch. This happens to everyone else I know too. Is this a known issue? If so is there a plan to fix it anytime soon?
  9. I am one of those people that believes exactly as Cheyenne does. She could not have expressed my own feelings any better and I agree with her 100%. As for the drama, I had a big problem with it for a while because of naivety as well as not knowing what I wanted here and how to conduct myself. I also had unrealistic expectations for some of the people I was hanging out with because they did not view the game the same way as I did. I have it mostly figured it out now, and simply surround myself with people who have the same mindset and the same wants and same approach to the game...while keeping the people who don't approach it the same way at arms length. I am also open an honest with my close friends, am respectful of them and their feelings, and this does help to prevent distrust, resentment, and jealousy. My advice to HotJulette is to find people that play the game the same way you do and keep at arms length the people who don't. Also remember that just because others don't play the game the same way as you doesn't make them bad or wrong, it just makes you incompatible. Be respectful of what their needs are too.
