Kay, I’ve been putting this on forums and I’ve had people just shrug me off like I’ve done everything and I’ve had Lisa tell me they don’t give “privileged access to the game” when all I was trying to say is there’s definitely something wrong. And now I’ve reached out to support and got an email back confirming it’s an issue. SO AGAIN. It is telling me to renew my membership and pay for a month I already paid for and have been charged for. Can someone fix this for me. I’m done trying to inform you of my problem and you guys pointing out the obvious. You emailed me back saying my subscription is valid and it lasts till the end of this month but it’s still prompting me to renew when I log in. Am I really going to have to pay again? And I’m worried if I pay again it’s still not going to work and then I’ll have two subscriptions I’ve paid for in the same month. HELP!Â

I’m simply asking why I’m charged for somthing I don’t have access too. Then refund me. I KNOW THE GAME IS NOT WORKING. My point is I’ve been charged REAL money for this mess.

When the server is back up you should enable member login. Because I paid for a one month subscription June 30th and when it was live for a bit it said my subscription had expired to renew and I know other people had the same issue. Idk if they’re subscription actually expired but I know mine sure didn’t. I couldn’t log into members either obviously because it was disabled. You guys have charged my card and ask me to renew? Renew the month I already been charged for and paid for? Unfortunately I think the real situation is your team has none of this under control. If your going to put the server back up you have to make sure everyone who paid for this content is let in. If this is was an error in general then ignore this or if it’s an error only I’m getting then direct me to someone that will actually help.Â

So I signed up for a subscription on Tuesday and my card is still charged, but I went to log in after updating the patch and it says “your membership has expired renew” and they way to renew is to sign into your members area, but I can’t sign into member area because I get “service temporarily unavailable” MY CARD IS CHARGED FOR A ONE MONTH SUBSCRIPTION. So how has my membership expired? And why can’t I sign into my account. Like I’m so close to saying fuck this game. I’m so frustrated at this point.Â

I also paid for subscription couple days ago, and my card is still charged. Went to sign in and prompted me to renew- so I go to members sign in and it’s telling me “service temporarily unavailable”. Like what’s even going on... idk what to do.Â

Yes, this is difficult, yes interuptions are jarring and slow work. That's true of more than just surgery.
If they fuck this up, they could leak all our payment info.
The fact that you didn't understand that this is a full fledged server migration and just thought "hurp derp they're just hitting it a hammer to repair it derp" shows a lot of the communication issues isn't on the 3DX side.
Lisa is the PR. She likely has little tech knowledge so she passes on what she can from the ones that do. The ones that do have that knowledge are probably working on it and shouldn't be interrupted for an update every 2-4 hours.
yall realize THIS IS THEIR JOB.. right. they need to get theyre shit together. you know how much money this games brings in for them. we are all paying customers. stop making excuses for them. point blank period. Â

really? because yesterday I downloaded and installed the game and payed for a subscription. guess I didn't make the cut off time for not taking peoples money. lol
and I also have screen shots to prove it.

exactly, they should at least have an announcement on theyre website saying that servers are down and the game right now is not playable. instead theyre taking peoples money that have no idea whats going on. letting them download and pay for a game that doesn't even work atm. I don't think that's right.

They may not have new information in that timeframe, and they may not even be awake. We may pay them (the game being free to us now notwithstanding), but we aren't entitled to constant updates. What we are entitled to is a working game, and failing that, compensation. They already have by stopping the ticking of time off our subscriptions.
Bright side of that: You'll have your full time when the taking of time resumes; they have stopped taking time down.

agreed. I just redownloaded the game client AND payed for a subscription yesterday, after all that I come to find out the game isn't even working. why take my money then?
