The member's site was down completely for some time, perhaps this is why the submission failed. It could possibly be related to the Ignore system half-working, depending on if the two are in any way related. Ignore only prevents the menu for ignored or ignoring players right now.

Tell me where is the thread where the Dev's are giving regular updates? Where is the BUGS thread? I have seen numerous other people experiencing the same issue, but no comments or feedback despite them asking for help.

As far as reinstalling the game, I have reinstalled it, 3 times. Once from my original download which would not download the bug fixed, despite leaving it running for more than 12 hours and twice for the current version same results!!

The key to good customer service and relationships, is good and regular communication (feel free to kindly point me to the latest update). Peoples patience 'wears thin' when they are not kept informed of situations which negatively affect them

Are you running Build 421? Perhaps 419 and earlier cannot download the update... I would suggest downloading 421 from the link in Lisa's News post.

BMTMicro has no visibility into credited days, so they will charge on the requested interval like clockwork on the same day you started (12/4/20 for me, though I have more time than that.) You can use that time by cancelling your subscription, then it'll deplete banked time after the subscription would have renewed.

It's not the server isn't up... it takes time to transfer a lot of files relating to our profiles. Pictures do take a lot of space.
