@Gizmo Most deff bro but you tell me what in my post was there any recourse for a warning against me, for stating the facts of the matter that you have no respect for us as paying subscribers of your creation. As paying subscribers we also expect a little bit of communication between you the game developer and creator and us the paying player. Also by communication i mean actual communication not questions attached to your response of what we are asking you which we have every right to ask you because as a paying player of your service that gives us the fundamental right weather you acknowledge it or not. Also @Gizmo Did you know that their are players in your community that are threatening and forcing other players to close down their rooms that they have opened just to have fun, Forcing them to close under threats of consequences for their actions of defying their order. Trying to take over the community as a whole and sabotaging others who speak out against them. What's is being done to battle against this bullying and harassment nothing. What's say you ?

Well sir i can tell you ive had first hand dealings with these bullies and their victims and yes i can say victims. When the ones being bullied gets fed up and lashes back at the harasser/bully they will then use your own reporting system to then further their harassment by getting the victims banned for a period of time. After months of being singled out and bullied they get banned for a couple of days for standing up for their selves. People here who prey on others by watching as their rooms get popular only to have these bullies then swoop in and either steal their names or in some cases their rooms and use it against them until they have run that person out of 3dx. But back to the bullies forcing your loyal customers to either fall in line and do what they say or suffer consequences well lets just say I've got proof of such fuckery happening. So why in a virtual world do we have such aggression and bullies cause no one will listen to us when its happening only to the bullies after the fact

@Gizmo Just be a human being bro and stop with these robo answers to everyone's questions, Like generate a live Q&A Session on twitter, here in 3dx where you and your team sit and listen or answer questions from the community kind of like a town hall meeting or a fireside chat. Just a scheduled appearance by you and or your team to just mingle and interact with your customer base look it wont solve all the issues here but the appearance and the effort would damn sure go along way into the minds of many. I mean we could set aside a whole segment of the talk show and dedicate it to reading questions from the community and your responses. Anything is better than nothing at all right?

This kind of behavior is a ban-clear offense on 99.99% of the gaming communities online.
The fact that they don't ban you is a sign of tolerance and appreciation towards you as a customer.
If you go and vent in a shop in real life, they call the cops on you. Or they kick you out. And you never come back. This is also a business.

While complaints are valid and nobody should be silenced for their opinion, it looks very disrespectful to talk that way towards the people who work for your playground. You pay a couple of bucks and expect to have your every whim satisfied. Being reasonable will probably make the 3DX official staff to also be even more reasonable.

 

 

Those three questions sound like stuff most companies keep under an NDA. Non Disclosure Agreement.

They are legally not allowed to tell you that unless the top owner of the company deliberately allows and decides to make this information public.

We may speculate but trying to corner and bully a developer who tries to reply to your issues feels really low.

What I really don't understand: there are titles available on Steam in Germany rated 18+. It seems to me there is a distinction if the rating results from violence or sexual content. But then again I always thought, only Americans deem sex more dangerous than violence. Jokes aside. I'm curious if my assumption is right: sexual content blocked, violence not, or if there are other factors involved... a major game studio may publish its titles in Germany, too?

LOL outside of the super popular snooty artists who are more of a product than a musician, no one cares if you give them free advertising and play their stuff on internet radio stations. No one is making money off these artists, so they aren't concerned if we promote their stuff for free.

Technically, you are right though. Just don't make money and you won't be a target.  

Overall, adding to Steam merely brings awareness of your title to more people. I think an infusion of new players would be good for 3DXChat. Any legit business focuses on bringing in new players, as old players leave or become stuck in their niche groups. You have to keep a healthy community base, or folks lose interest.

Steam workshop support would be also beneficial, if you enable your user base to create custom content for the game, such as hairstyles, clothes or patterns for existing cloths, etc. 

I always enjoyed the world builder and building or merging other worlds into a city of sorts. More aspects of that would be fun, and also could be further enhanced with steam workshop.

I am not always online or engaged with 3DX, but continue to support your platform for when I do have time to set career and family aside for a couple hours (to escape from reality.)

I think there was a slight misinterpretation, which happens.
I am talking about the artists who the DJs are playing MP3s of; in response to someone asking about royalty fees to those artists. Like Taylor Swift probably would probably be upset you are playing her stuff without her permission, because her people run the product of Taylor Swift. She is bigger than a normal artist. I am using her as an example and am not trying to start a debate about her music or personality.

Some small band will be happy to get free air play and not require or care about royalties, since DJs aren't making money off their music. This is pretty standard. You can run an internet radio station, if you are not serving up Ads and only playing non-mainstream artists. No one is concerned unless you start making money, then they all want a piece of the pie, because you are making money from their material.

My biggest problem with Steam is that online gaming friends can see the games I play. If I chose to hide my games my friends will ask questions, if I don`t they can see I have 3dxChat on my lists. For those who wish to be incognito with regards to their adult gaming, it`s possibly going to force people away. We have to remember that there are married people here that don`t want the world or their friends to know. Maybe this hasn`t been thought through properly?

I created a second Steam account for all adult gaming since I have children on Steam. I would even consider GTA V something I wouldn't play or promote with children, for instance.

I am going to be honest. I don't know anything about compliance or Steam or any of the rest of this mumbo jumbo.

That aside, is there some sort of time table for when 3DX will be available on Steam? Or is it still in the 'to be determined' realm of reality?

I logged into Steam and went to some of their discussion threads about 3DX and was rather disappointed. Of course, there was the obligatory post from Mackiavelli being butt hurt and psychotic, but beyond that what I read was rather disappointing. There's people on there already trying to sabotage the release of the game on Steam for personal reasons that in almost no way reflect reality, similar to here on Forums.

What is up with that? I don't get it. Can you point to where 3dx hurt you?
