Guest Twiggy Posted March 9, 2017 Share Posted March 9, 2017 They give you a new password when you do that, or they did me anyway, so haveyou checked your email to see if they gave you a new one with that 6 month sub ?Then all you need do is change the password you enter when logging in and you should be fine. Bi_James Posted March 9, 2017 Author Share Posted March 9, 2017 Ok, for anyone reading this on the frequently asked part of the customer support is the question, "how can I change my email?" you can't, but there is a form for people like me who used the wrong email when they made the purchase. They say they will switch it to the correct email for you. I have submitted it and am waiting for them to reply. NOTE: Do not create a new character under the new account.
