    Check Graphics card drivers. If you have a AMD like I do you'll need to go to the AMD website to update your drivers.

    Yes, you can cancel the auto-renew. Go to your email. Find BMT and find your login info for BMT and then go the BMT website and login. Once logged in you can find the subscription and cancel it. You'll still be able to play, it just cancels the auto-renew sub.

    Also try updating your drivers. If you have a AMD card like me you'll have to go to the AMD website since the AMD program is bugged and will say you don't need a update.

    Try to update your drivers. I had the same problem but then I updated my stuff and it was fixed. (I also thought my stuff was up to date but you really need to check the AMD website if you have a AMD card)
