First I am not seeing any user rooms only the default locations. I get no sex sounds or the audio is so low its almost "inaudible". If I use the f7 and zoom in Audio is normal.

Ok, for anyone reading this on the frequently asked part of the customer support is the question, "how can I change my email?" you can't, but there is a form for people like me who used the wrong email when they made the purchase. They say they will switch it to the correct email for you. I have submitted it and am waiting for them to reply. NOTE: Do not create a new character under the new account.

Also, I used the email on the renewal form that is associated with my credit card and the new password was sent to that email using it as my new login. Can it be transferred to my other account?

My account expired, I just bought a new six month subscription, when I try to log in to the game it tells me, "wrong email or password. why?
