Bought 2 one month pre paid cards, but the email only had one code

Not 100% sure here, but don't think prepaid card or gift card stack up. From what i understand you have to let one expire before adding the other, can't remember where i heard but believe on said so once about gift cards which most i think call the prepaid card. If that is the case i would explain why you'd get only one code send. But think you should consider sending either Lisa or Gizmo a private message see if they can help you.

 

 

From the link Rob sent just before, if you bought a sub, you can just add up the amount of time you subbed for.

 

If you used a year discount from last year and don't remember when you activated it (I'm in this same situation lol) ... you just gotta wait til it runs out, I don't think there is any other way to know how much time is left on current subscription.

So you can just wait until your account runs out to redeem it 

 

 

 

 

Sooner better because if they're right the prepaid card till tick on top each other.

If you bought two different Time Cards and got only one code you should contact the payment provider with the transactions Number
