I can hear the tv and sound effects fine but I cannot hear any music.

Tried a reinstall with no effect.

Using Windows 10-64 through uk virgin media 200Mbs cable.

Any suggestions gratefully received.

Hello there Lancslad43,

 

Have you tried to turn off and on the "Enable Radio" setting, in the settings menu? Make sure the box is ticked to hear music.

 

Also if that is not fixed, does it work on all radio stations in room or?

 

Finally if that isn't fixed then download the Bass.dll file from here http://www.un4seen.com/

 

And replace the one that is in your 3DXChat install directory, as that file is what is used for the radio connections in game.

1st question: did you activate the "Enable Radio" option and is your "Music" volume not on 0%? Both can be found in your ingame settings...

 

2nd question: have you been in a room where others hear music? Sometimes either the room host forgets to turn the music on or it is simply bugged. You should have music in your Character Editor in any case.
