Launcher won't start (Network error)

Re-installed the game, but the launcher runs always into an error. I tested the 3DX chat server connection test and everything seems fine. Any idea what causes the error?

If you have AV software running, try disabling it then try to install. Also ignore the virus warning if you get it, it is a false positive generic warning.

If you DL from the 3DX site I can assure you it is NOT infected.

Also I have heard of others having issues using a vpn, so if you are using one of those as well may be doing it.

But sounds like to me it is AV software doing it.
