error message when loading room

is this an early christmas present from gizmo to go along with the year and half old radio glitch that they seem to be either unable to fix or just dont care to fix?? ive just started getting this error message tonight

WHY IS USE A VPN YOUR ANSWER TO EVERY BUG REPORT!!!!! heres an idea why dont u actually look into problems and FIX THEM instead of blaming it on something else??????

I don't know, but my guess would be because the error message suggests your connection to the game servers has been interrupted by something, and the problem would appear to be limited (possibly just to you rather than all game users).  In which case issues that first need to be explored and eliminated, as they are the most common reasons, would be:

- connection blocks imposed at a gateway in your connection route (which a VPN could help prove or address).

- connection blocks caused by a antivirus/firewall.

If these problems can be proven NOT to be the case then perhaps the support team will then look into your specific issue more deeply.  Just a hunch.
