    The game is 4 years old now but it is still one of my favorite games and still gets regular updates dlc from the devs. If you enjoy strategy games with a twist check it out.

    One very important note about DCS don't get confused with the buttons or you may find yourself opening your canopy by mistake at 20000 feet. Not a pleasant experience.

    Had the same issue the downloaded is downloading patch 337 not 339 from the main website. Someone kindly sent me a zipped copy of the latest version so I could connect.

    Did that but it downloaded the old patch and the updater wouldn't work. But I managed to get it working again so all is good.

    If the game really has updated to patch 339 why is the main download downloading patch 337 does anyone have a link to this new patch please.

    Well that explains it just reinstalled the game and its installed patch 337. Manual patch wont update hmmmm.

    Well I cant say that's the fix I doubt it will be. What version is the new client showing for you.

    Well im in game at the moment I would say there are maybe 60-70 people online at the moment. I launched the old client first by mistake then the new client and had no log in issues. But I did install the new client in a separate file so I have both still on my computer.
