Why give us a test server if they won't even let us play the new content on the game let alone play the game at all?

So I got to ask why are people so stuck up in this game? Like I make a simple conversation with a girl and she asks why I was asking 'Dumb' questions even though I was conversing very nicely. So she blocks me after I treated her like she treated me. I don't get people, It's just a game! Get over yourselves!

The test server was up for such a short time. I can't even play the game now or want to purchase it again since they never updated the paid version otherwise I would.

I'm still getting spam emails and even though I was told it was in fact from the game test thing I can't remove that option like they told me too since the test server is down. Now I have to constantly block the senders of these spam emails everyday! Dammit just open the test server again so I can fix this!

I'm saying this is what happened from the game not the website

Test server is down and I hate to say it but I got a huge influx of spam to my email after I submitted it for the test game. I don't want to assume that's why but it makes sense since I used my actual main email for the test server and all of this spam is flooding to my email the day after i did so. Any suggestions on fixing that too?

I logged in today after a while and now all the friends i had before are gone or not showing in my friends list. Any idea what is going on? EDIT: It worked now that i relogged so nevermind!

What do i do when i accidentally bought a month for the wrong email twice and made a character that only had one month and none of the Xgold i bought previously? I'm stuck honestly because that account i had had 20,000 Xgold and 3 characters and i bought it for the wrong email and now have a character by accident! What do i do?
