Thanksgiving is a celebration of the first meal the Native Americans and Pilgrims sat down together and eat. Just for those not UP on the history. I would think after being on this "crusade" for over a year, you'd get the idea and stop finally. The comment I made about it not helping and the comment about lots of reports were made about 2 different things you said. Not meant to be tied together as 1. As for your percentage of stuff, all together might MIGHT total 1%. I'm not here to argue with you or dispute anything you say. Only the fact it will not stop anything it will only make people sneakier about it and lie even more with your box and information ideas. That's it, simple as that. IF something like that were implemented, there would be far more reports than you think. It wouldn't stop or slow down either as you always have new people joining. Simple thing is as it is for any new player to games like this, learn as you go and you are the only person who can stop it. Not a bunch of rules that will still get broken.

I'm not going to get in argument over this again. Simply put....what good is more boxes to choose from going to do ? Those that are here to deceive will still do so. Putting more boxes to check is NOT going to stop those that set out to deceive. They will just lie on those too. Bottom lining it...there is only 1 person who is control of getting deceived or not and that is yourself. You can't make people who want to deceive or choose to do so by adding more boxes to check or wanting more information on the profiles. Just gives them more chances to lie or deceive. What about AND NO OFFENSE GUYS AT ALL, guys who feel they are women deep down ? What should they put ? You can't make them disclose it as it would open them up to ridicule by some on here. All you're doing is trying to make it simple for you to figure out who's real and who's not and there is absolutely NO WAY you will stop it with wanting more information on profiles or boxes to click, it goes on in every single game like this out there on the internet. The morals and ethics part is up to each individual person to choose and pick which they go by. Believe it or not as you wish, but it's not going to stop or even get better as you think it will. Skar is right, there would be so many reports from a few individuals that it would be an over load for them to deal with. You say it's 50/50 and you're tired of new people coming to you ? Why on earth would they ? I was new here and I learned from day 1 that not everyone is as they portray. Maybe you need to realize, even though you have good ideas, they aren't practical for games like this and will do no good it stopping this from happening. It's still going to happen and just have to deal with it.

Ok. My fiancee was able to get on the game and do her avi. Then she logged off. The next day, she tried to log on again and got an error message saying "unable to load 3dx due to an exe file missing. She has deleted the game, cleared her cache and tried redownloading the game again. Now, she keeps getting to the patches and she is getting an error message after she gets the first patch 315-316. When it goes to the next patch, 316-317, the error message says "error patch missing.". She is using Vista as her OS and is having fits not being able to get the game to load now. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated since I am not technical enough to figure this out. Thank you in advance for any help.

Hey all, I've been on the game quite awhile now. My real life fiancee has decided to join too. She used her cc and used the password supplied and when she tried to download the game to her lap top, it kept taking her to a combination of this game and others. She doesn't want the others, just this game. When she tried to log in as a member, all the screen did was refresh and ask for password again. Can anyone help with the download for just this game, no others and if anyone has had the same issue. Thank you in advance for any help y9ou can provide. Crystal.

Twiggy, I have never said your ideas were bad. It's a simple matter of they won't do any good. This type of conduct is rampant on sites like this. Like I said, I was a site mod for probably the worst site for fakes and underage. It was a 24/7 JOB to try and police it. I got fed up and left. No matter what you try to do, people are going to still do as they please and continue to deceive and act as they wish. It happens on all sites like this. Yep, there are people out there whose only goal is to cause drama, troll and pretend to be something they aren't. There are far more people like that than you realize. Unfortunately those of us that choose to be honest about ourselves and try to enjoy things get the worst of it and all we can do is trust our feelings about others and choose who to talk to and who not to. As for the rape thing, no I don't condone it. I agree the word somehow should be banned so it can't happen again. I had 2 very close friends who were raped irl and completely understand it all. I'm now legal guardian for 1 of those girls. My point about that was there are people out there that fantasize about it. There are even real life clubs for across the country. No one says you have to respect them, you just can't disrespect them for fantasizing about something out of the norm.

Everyone has good opinions, pro and con on this subject. I agree first and foremost with Dande about time to start concentrating on making the game fun and enjoyable. The profiles now are fine just as they are. As for the Rape room discussion. Yep, you can ban the word or anything similar to it. BUT, now that those people know who each other is and it's a fantasy of theirs, all they will do is open a room under a different name and go there. I don't, in any way shape or form condone that type of fantasy. It's us girls worst nightmare. But, in the process you can't single those people out alone due to their fantasy. Sexual fantasies of all kinds are going to be found on sites like this. There are far worse 1's out there than here. Believe me. I was a site mod for over a year on probably the worst of them all. The site mods have their hands full with things and can't monitor everything all the time. They volunteer their time and it's not a JOB. No one should be called sick or "have issues" because their fantasies or even real life enjoyment of such things just because their sex life might be considered "out of the ordinary" for some. The term "respect" has been tossed around here quite a bit. That goes for everyone, not just a chosen few. Just because some are different in their thinking, doesn't mean they should be treated with less respect. But, some seem to think that way anyway. The whole thing is, you want everyone to be COMPLETELY honest and up front about everything and no matter what is done, that's not going to happen.

Unfortunately, there are some out there in this world with rape fantasies. This is a sex site mainly, to try out your fantasies. Those that went in the room, knew what it was called and CHOSE to go there. It's not abuse or harassment. If you don't have those fantasies or want to explore them. simple.....don't go in there nor condemn those that do.

Twiggy, you did bring up some good points. I don't know you and have never spoken to you. But, the point I'm making is that no matter where you go, any site like this, has the very same issues. There is nothing can be done to stop the deception or some people purposely doing what they do. I'm sorry you feel you need to leave, but no matter what site you go to, you will find the same exact issues.

I have been following this thread and reading each persons ideas and views. Twiggy does bring up some good ideas that maybe could be looked at. The 1 that unfortunately really can't have anything done about it is the age/location thing. It's unfortunate that there are people on here who only prefer to deceive, troll and yep, cause issues sometimes. The bad part is, no matter what site you join or go to like this, it's going to be there. You can't get away from it. It's unfortunate that there are people out there like that, but it happens on all sites like this. The best thing I can say and what I have learned, is to trust your gut when talking to someone and don't jump right into sex with anyone. Chat a talk with people first maybe to see if you feel comfortable with the other person. Most already put on their profiles that they are RP or what ever the case is and lots even say they don't want any of their real life stuff brought up and don't want meets or hook-ups. The main thing is, read profiles before you start talking with someone. Usually, NOT ALWAYS, it will tell you what you need to know. The problem is, lots of people don't read a profile before starting a conversation with someone. I know this might cause a few responses both ways, pro and con. But a lot is already handled if people will just take a minute, read a profile and get to know someone before taking the next step. Trust your gut. It usually is right.
