Im having similar issues. I dont use Kaspersky, and I cant see most profiles (some load) or pictures, when in my room I cannot select a radio station (it comes up blank where normally all the stations are listed), and on the main login screen it no longer shows me the recent updates feed (says cannot connect to the server). Not sure if its related, but super frustrating as theres little to no help from devs as usual.

No, obviously they cant announce a "sting"...I just mean in general. Ive been here a month and already seen multiple outages for hours/days at a time- yet next to nothing in terms of communication from them. Just acknowledging the problems, or a general time frame to be back online- would go a long way over just staying completely silent.

communication is probably better over there, even if it is in Russian.

Yea, I mean I'm still new (a month in) so I don't know what this "behavior" is. The OP mentioned someone with a "suspicious" name and a gift sent..which to me doesnt exactly scream hacker. Troll maybe, but not hacker.

Definitely. If we've paid for a 30 day subscription, we should get 30 days of playing time- not 20-25ish.

Probably depends on each persons billing cycle. I know my sub is technically canceled, but I had some game time on my account from the last DDoS attack

Why do people assume based on the name that someones hacking? In my experience most are just trolls giving themselves those names for the lol's.

You keep bringing up these 'unfair players" or hackers...but seem to forget that in order to do something about them, the devs need to take action- which they aren't. So the anger and frustration directed towards them is still very deserving.

Eh...maybe (forgot this was still a "test" server)...but people are paying for this. Their lack of communication when these outages do occur just make it that much worse.

It's currently sitting at 95% uptime over the past 7 days, 85% in the past 24 hours. Borderline acceptable imo.

Except banning is out of the players control- it rests in the hands of the devs, who again, clearly dont care to take action- so my point is still valid.

The only way this is going to stop I feel is if people just stop subscribing. They clearly (as proven by their lack of communication or desire to fix this repeated issue) don't care, so the only way to make them care is to stop the flow of money to them.

You really are special, aren't you? Almost all policies have similar refund agreements- so by your logic we should all just be charging back on everything we purchase.
