Your core is fine and plenty capable of playing this game. Your motherboards Intel grafics can handle it as well. So unless one or the other is on the verge of death, this should not be happening. Does this problem occur in other games you play? Or is it just 3dxchat? I play occasionally on a tablet with 2 gigs less ram and a intel atom processor. It works fine on low and medium. The only real problem is sometimes it gets extremely hot. When it does the thermal throttling starts and sometimes i get freezes and glitches and disconnects. But that is usually after awhile playing. Not at the initial loading screen. Your specs are much better then my poor tablet. so from a hardware perspective this should not be happening! It could be Windows is corrupt as Maelstrom said. It could be the newest build of the game just does not like your pc. It could be lots of things. It could also be a software conflict. There is a few programs that can cause this. Sometimes some system monitoring programs and or anti virus could be the culprit when you get freezes and frame stuttering/drops in game. Try retracing your steps. Did you install anything new since this started happening? Any new updates to intel onboard grafics? Any new window updates or antivirus stuff. Can try opening Taskmanager and killing any and all unneeded process including any anti virus and monitoring software and see if that helps. Could also try rebooting in safe mode and try running the game with no background processes active. Could run Malwarebytes and see if you have a nasty virus or something as well. At worst case scenario windows 10 is easy as heck to reset. Could always try backing up your stuff and resetting to a clean system. If that don't work and your not having any trouble with other games then its probably 3dxchat that is just being a bitch with your system. Happens sometimes. When i had this problem on my main gaming pc with sickenly good specs. It was do to running a bad version on EVGA precision XOC. GPU monitoring software. It took me forever to diagnose. also had the same exact problem with MSI after burner a few months later. It could be a borked driver. A borked program. A app . Anything really. Only way to find if its a actual software conflict is to start fresh and clean and begin installing your fav programs one by one and testing the game after each install. Goodluck though... I have a friend who used to leave his pc on and use a desktop streaming program to stay logged in game. It was buggy and hard to control and ate his battery awfully fast., So it is technically feasible. Although would be better off with a laptop or tablet. As far as a actual mobile app my Main concern would be eating up data with the streaming music. You could remove the music dll file like the old days i suppose. Second concern would be battery life and overheating my poor phone. I am sure it could be done. Devs would need to seriously optimize the game for phones though and optimization is not exactly there strong points. Is it a good idea? From a economical business standpoint. Hell yeah! Cornering the mobile market would be massive. Will it ever happen? Doubt it

The ability to use and re-map our oculus touch keys and xbone joysticks in game. Controls are wonky as all heck and totally breaks immersion.

Water is kinda like how Game developers measure their penis. The better the effects,. The more bragging rights they hold. A game with crappy looking water usually is a bad game. It has been like this for past like 20 years. From Crysis on pc to Nintendo to Sega to Sony to Xbox. All the main companies take so much pride in water looking realistic and amazing they sometimes forget that it really does not matter at all if the rest of the game is shit. A lot of game engines also take pride in having the most realistic water look and physics. For many developers its the difference in choosing their initial engine. Pretty eye candy sells. Or it used to anyway. Nowadays no one really even cares about streams in fallout and water in Mario world. But god forbid you tell em that..

3dxchat is always like that when it is really populated! Runs like shit on my 1080ti ftw3 to with a core i7. with 64 gigs of ram. Heats up my water cooled core more then Witcher on 4k ultra. Uses more cpu then Doom and Mass effect 3 combined. It don't matter about hardware. The game eats up whatever you throw at it and spits it out hot. Freaking hell, if you think that's bad you should see what the fuck happens to your pc when you plug in a Oculus Rift and try 3dxchat on max settings. You pretty much take a few months of lifespan off your hardware! 3dxchat is like the new benchmark tool for hard core pc builders. If you can keep your CPU and GPU cool and stable for 45 minutes well playing, then your good to go! It is better then Unigine Heaven and Firestrike benchmark tools and cheaper to! It is the new standard! This generations Crysis! haha LONG LIVE 3DXCHAT OPTIMIZATION! I can match your Score. I can rock 71-79 fps on the beach right now on max settings. Time to upgrade.
