3DX is a virtual computer program and cannot be defined by black and white. It can only be defined by 1's and 0's There are Limitations on the Physics of the Bodies of the Avi's. To be more accurate, its a matter of size, more than physics. Males are bigger than Females. It all depends on how the program, for pose editor, is written; however, my best guess is, if Gizmo and the dev team make a MF pose then it can only be used by a Male and Female. When the Male is replaced with a Female, the bodies of the Avi's no longer line up and the entire pose has to be redone, or at least fixed. Same problem when the Female is replaced with a Male. Additionally, the pose for MM cannot be vaginal so it has to be redone for Anal. I don't think Gizmo and the dev team are being heteronormative , but ill let them dispute that. I do agree that more poses for MM / FF / TT are needed. Easy fix, is to go in reverse order when adding poses. I can sympathize with everyone about putting the polls in the login game client; because, I agree. It would be the most user friendly place to put them; however, the question remains, what does Gizmo and the dev team think about that? I think its a difficult program to write, but I don't actually know. What I do know, is that there is a similar program already running after login, but before entering the game, sort of. On August 6, 2014, the daily rewards update was added, which is technically in the game and has a link to the members area, outside the game. When you collect your reward, the XGold is added to your subscription account. I know it immediately shows up in the game, but I haven't check how long it takes to show up in members area. For the sake of argument, its irrelevant; because, at some point the XGold goes into your subscription account. This update was almost 2 years after 3DXChat Launch on December 6, 2012. My best guess is that this program had to be hardcoded into the game client and an additional program was created to link it to the members area. If this program was a part of the foundation of the games code itself, than changing this code could cause more bugs, or worse, it could even cause the entire server to crash, that is to say, if it isn't done "perfectly". I say, if that's a possibility than why take that chance; because, the reward of polling isn't worth the risk of interrupting the game. Here we are, 5 years and 2 months after that update and the possibility of polling is being offered, but rather than Gizmo and the dev team adding polls to the game client, they decide to add polls to a 3rd party discord server. Just because I disagree with this decision of using discord, doesn't mean I disregard why this decision was made. Most likely, it was a question of time. For all we know, the bulk of information, to find out what we want and what to add to the game, has always been collected from the 3DX Community Forum. This requires a dev to dig through and read almost every one of our post, but since its a time consuming effort, there may have been long term plans (from the beginning) to add a polling system. The idea is simple, a poll might quickly and efficiently gather data to help decision-making on future updates. At this point, polls seem to be causing more problems than they seek to solve, so I don't think its a good time to have polls...….. Not yet, but maybe some day.

I'm only here to express my opinion, on where the polls are located. Not to disregard discord. I don't care either way about discord. I think its a great idea, for those who want to use it. For those who don't...…. well...… just don't use it. I want to take part in the polling, but I don't want to have to go on the discord/3dx-Official server to vote. Many agree, that the ideal place to vote would be in the members area of the official 3DX website, http://3dxchat.com/ , but that might be a complicated program to write. However, I had a new idea...… Have the polls here on the forum, but...…but...….but....but……... in order to keep the vote clean, limit the voting to people with a high reputation. If the restriction is set at ( lets say ) 100+, than anyone with less, wouldn't be able to vote. If the max was ( lets say ) 1000+ then it would only allow a very specific group of people to vote. I have no problem with that. I'm not sure how hard it would be to add this feature to this Forum, but it might solve the problem of multiple ( NEW ) accounts voting. There is a similar feature when you first start an account, I don't remember, your first post is monitored before its submitted. Perhaps, the programming could be derived from that code. Just my opinion......

Don't get me wrong..... I completely agree. Politics and religion are the most divisive things people can discuss, it generally gets toxic . I choose not to talk about politics and religion; because, it usually gets toxic. Unless your speaking with someone with similar views, the conversation can easily become divisive and cause more problems than the solutions we seek. Most people agree with this, and we choose to keep those topics outside our conversations, or at least on these forums. My only point is for freedom of speech. I don't like to be told what I can and cannot talk about. Although these subjects are divisive, they are far from inappropriate conversations, like other subject, that I will not name nor speak of. There is an unspoken rule in civilization that we don't openly speak of these subjects and that's enough for me. I don't need someone telling me not to talk about it, cause I already know that. More importantly, what follows is a punishment for breaking this rule. Normally, if I break this unspoken rule, the worst punishment I get is...… ignored by the community. In case of Rule #11, what is the punishment? Banned from discord. Boo-Hoo.

Why would anyone want to talk on the server when their speech is limited. Due to Rule #11 Rule #11 - No politics or religion, period! Too much drama! This includes imagery, mems, profile pictures and nicknames. First of all..... not a good idea to say "period" for dramatic effect, and ironically follow it with an exclamation point. With that being said, the whole point of a massive online community Forum is to communicate with other people, all over the world. We should be able to talk about almost anything; cause, that's why we logged on in the first place. If I didn't want to hear what other people think, than I would turn off my computer and hide in my house. Some subjects are taboo, and for good reason; cause, people all over the world agree that certain behavior is unacceptable. Politics and religion don't fall in that category.

No thanks...… I'm out. No discord for this guy. I didn't make it past the first rule Rule #1 - Don't be an ass. What dose that even mean, and who is deciding what an being an ass is. What behavior is considered "being an ass". The rule is based in a persons subjective view. One person might see another's comment as being silly or sarcastic, whereas another person might see the comment as "being an ass". When defining the rules, its a good idea to, actually define the rules, and not leave them up to subjective perceptions. Lets check 3DXChat game rule # 2.02 2.02. Insults, personal attacks, abuse or harassment are not tolerated on any level. This would be a better rule. Still slightly subjective, but it better defines a specific type of unacceptable behaviors.

The safest and most secrue place to have a vote is on the subscribing members login section of http://3dxchat.com/ ………………..... my favorite. Or another ( * more complicated ** yet user friendly ) option is the game client login screen. * I say more complicated; because, in order to vote, you must enter your Email/Password and login; however, once you do that your in the game, so technically, that would mean were actually voting in the game 3DX. If that makes any sense; cause, it did to me. ** I say user friendly; cause, after you login, and or but before you go to play the game...... Bang...... there's the voting poll. Anyways, as much as I like arguing, we need to let Gizmo know which platform we want to use for voting. Forums or Discord or Members login. Hey, I have an idea....... Lets take a vote on it.

The best way to satisfy your customers is to find out what your customers want. Those of us who play 3DXChat, have to pay a subscription to play, so whatever updates Gizmo adds directly affects our gameplay. On the other hand, anyone can sign up to 3DX Community Forums or Discord and they don't have to pay for the membership, so why should they help decide what will be in the updates. I can think of only one reason. Marketing to returning or future customers. I can also see it from Gizmo's point of view. I see no reason to exclude a voting system in these forums or in discord; however, that info should only be a test market for future customers. The votes that should have main priority for upcoming updates should come from active subscribers.

Why are we still arguing about discord? If you have discord, than you can vote on new sex poses. If you don't have the discord app, than you don't get to vote. Its that simple. Alright everybody.... Here comes my stupid question...….. How many BDSM poses are their beyond the stool pose? Is the slapping pose on the bed considered bdsm; cause, that seems more cruel to me than sexy. Now if a girl were on top of me and just cold cocked me across the face...… I find that slightly arousing. Perhaps its the timing that's most important of all? Just my opinion. I've seen a lot of creative world editor creations that added bdsm poses to the game, so I can't argue that the bdsm community is going without. Now hold up, I'm not saying it's a good excuse to avoid adding poses, but if it's a matter of adding anticipation to the moment than I think the crawling animation might be a good place to start. Not only that, if you've had too much virtual beer you could crawl to the bathroom and pray to the porcelain gods. That would be funny to add a vomiting in the toilet pose. Anyways.... just my thoughts on the Topic.

That's a very good point. In my honest opinion, the only people who should vote are those who pay to play 3DX. That's why the Members Site or even the Game login client would be the best place to have a vote. Heck, there could even be a reward of say, 300XGold for the trouble of voting.

I'm glad Gizmo is using a voting system to understand our community better. In my opinion, It's not used often enough. Not sure if I agree or disagree with using discord, but I don't like the idea of using these forums and having someone creating multiple 3DX community accounts and mudding up the vote. A better option, might be to have voting poles everywhere ( discord, community forums, and the official site in the members section or in game ) and consolidate the info into a spreadsheet. That might work, but the most efficient way would be what Xizl suggested, by using the official site. The only downfall I can think of, might be that someone that has money creates 100 accounts and therefore can vote 100 times, but hey...….. $20 a pop and they ended up spending $2,000 to try and manipulate the vote. Jokes on them; cause, that's exactly what Gizmo is actually trying to do here. Furthermore, I don't think the vote tally should be the soul factor deciding the next update. A simple way around this would be, when updating, to add one pose each for all the groups in 3DX, hetero/gay/lesbian/bdsm/futa/transgender. That way everyone gets a little something. Specific to this Topic: BDSM has little to no support in game, so the next update should include a few poses. I like the idea of a crawling pose/animation!

Okkkk, before we move forward, I want to take this moment to thank Gizmo for all the updates so far. I remember, when I started, we had a handful of poses, a small pile of cloths, and two apartments that we could decorate. Since then, there are 100+ poses, mountains of clothing, and an entire world editor for us to design our wildest dreams. I wont deny that I would like to see more, but what's more important, is that I didn't have to do the work to create 3DX or implement any update. For that, I am grateful. Now, almost ever idea we could think of has been suggested, somewhere in this thread. Most of which are good ideas; however, not all are realistic, in practice. Some could cause conflict between users, while others would be too complicated to develop. One of those suggestions is to better incorporate Rochi's .dll into the game. I think it should be top priority; since, it seems to be a re-occurring theme among the posts; however, I don't know why it hasn't been added already. I see no reason to argue over these suggestions; because, it doesn't get us anywhere and we end up wasting time fighting, when we could be discussing the Topic. Upcoming Updates.

The belly butt physics should be a separate option from the breast physics, so we can choose if we want it. For example: Breast physics = on / off Butt / belly physics = on / off Body physics = low / med / high / extremely high However, the extreme jiggle, like jelly bags only happens when the avatar is moved quickly. In the game, the movements would be subtle and barely noticed, but would create a more lifelike feel to the avatars. On the other hand, this might be a work in progress. It depends on, whether or not the body physics have to be added to each outfit, one at a time? In which case, it becomes and either or conversation. Should Gizmo continue to focus on body physics or move on to clothing or pose editors? More people want a clothing editor, and have been saying as much for years, so the question is moot.
