I have experienced a lot of glitches and bugs in the past few hours. My own profile does not show for me. My friends and others profiles do not show. We cannot invite each other to chat in Private Rooms, We cannot see a way to invite or view public profiles, we cannot see gifts that are sent to us and we cannot talk to each other unless in the same room. I asked in WC and I was told many are experiencing these glitches and issues. Is there a fix being done on this? The only way I could even talk to my friends before being in the same room is if I told them on Skype to meet me somewhere. This is seriously messed up! Please advise. Is there a patch or fix for this?

I was having issues. I finally uninstalled and reinstalled with help from the forum member Rob T. So thank you Rob its installed and mostly its fine. But I have a wierd glitch now. One of my friends cannot see my typing. I can read theirs, I can see theirs and I can see them when in the same place, but I cannot hug them or do anything from my side. I know they have a DLL but I do not. Any light you can shed on that? Its not a problem with anyone else.

I have tried all the links. every single one offered by others in the site here. I keep getting the Error 404 message. I had deleted the game totally and tried to reinstall because of so many glitches errors and contant crashing, freezing and disconnection. NOW I cannot find any link that gives me the game or will download the game and considering how much I pay every month for my subscription only to find it not working is not acceptable. My computer is brand new and a gaming computer. Its fast and has an excellent upper end video graphics card and plenty of ram and hard drive. It is NOT my computer. So please give me the steps to get this straightened out. Thank you. Oh and I am not new to this game although I logged in that way.
