  3. Damn I'm so fed up. Profiles don't work in the game, can't even get my daily xgolds (which, by the way, went down yesterday to 300 to 100 even if i connect every day) And now can't access to the member page of the website. Is there anything that is still working in here ? I thought it was supposed to be under control. I understand it's a hard work, but this is YOUR work and we are fucking paying, DO SOMETHING PLEASE.
  4. I wish I could try to reinstall the game, but now I can't access to the member section of the 3dx website, even with the right username and password.... Just great.
  5. I'm tired of not seeing my profile and being married to "Username" i'm tired of not having my pictures and my slots. I'm tired when thing work again and then go bad again. I'm tired to get updates once every year and there's not even good stuff. I'm tired of a paid service unavailable during 4 days without explanation. I'm really fed up. This is way too expensive for the service quality we get. And yes I know : leave the game, get a life, bla bla bla bla bla bla I'm tired of that also.

  7. It would have been great to have a communication like that when the game was unavailable for more than 72 hours. And, by the way, we are supposed to pay for frequent updates, not one in a year. I'm sorry to say (again) you treat your customers in a very poorly way.
  8. Option 3 : keep complaining as any customer would do in a normal world, and play the game you paid for.

  10. I love to insist. So, game is now off for more than 72 hours. This is not normal. You can say we don't have lives, you can say we are negative, you can say we are ungrateful, you can whatever you want, I don't care, I don't live in a fantasy world : we are paying for a service and we can't access to it without any information. That's all. And that's unacceptable.

While we are just asking for informations about a server down for almost 3 days now, here we have a disgusting troll that will be used by those who choose to insult paying customers. I reported him, by the way. So, apart for the misery of the human species, could we please have an idea of what's going on and when we will get the service back ?
  15. I guess the devs realized some people are too addicted to their game and decided to go Cold Turkey with them. That's a very humanist posture, to say the least !
  16. I love it when I read something like that :" What ? You can't accept to lose 19 cents a day ? You know there's a life without 3dx ? " Yes I know, don't worry, I have a life. And no, I don't like to pay for a service I don't get. I don't like to be scammed. But if some other like it, good for them ! I just don't really care to be judged by them, as we clearly don't share the same vision of what decency is supposed to be.
  17. Maybe you should change the name of the topic to " Upcoming updates 2019 ", since it doesn't seem to come. Make it even 2020, no need to rush as long as we pay for a service you fail to deliver...

  20. We pay for a service that claimed to deliver updates and do not. We are totally right to complain. At a certain point, there's just a little thing called respect for customer. This is not some kind of free beta game, this is a paid service, and its quality is very low right now.
  21. Unexpected issues... We only been waiting for an update since several months, and when they decide to make one they encounter unexpected issues... God... See you in 2019...
