Hey Jazz, I'd have to agree with Ash. Your Gpu is an older one 1-2 gb card so it will be pushed to run this on high settings. Any busy or heavy rooms will lag and your fps will drop a lot. But honestly it could be more than just that. Possibly Cpu performance playing a factor or could be slow internet connection? As for 3dx itself, my game runs smoothly with no lag at all, so I don't believe thats the issue unfortunately. It's always best to post your system specifications when you got a tech question it helps people give you a more accurate answer.
